And on that note - since several of you here clearly know this space well: who would you recommend as a campaign manager for a project like this? I'm open to names of managers who've run solid, well-organized campaigns, and happy to do my own due diligence from there.
Recommendations from people whose judgment I already trust in this thread carry a lot of weight.

Thank you so much for trusting us. Personally speaking, I am so enthusiastic about this project because I am an active chess player playing daily in both chess.com and Lichess and want to see chess games and cryptocurrencies both merged in one great application.

About the campaign manager, I can recommend this list[1] of most trusted and active campaign managerial services. All of them are trusted forum users with excellent background knowledge about how things work in Bitcointalk, but I can't tell about their understanding of chess or if they are interested in managing campaigns for newly launched altcoins. You will have to negotiate everything before moving forward.

It means a lot that you're this invested, and honestly, your motivation (an active player who wants chess and crypto merged properly) is exactly the kind of person this is built for.
The list is genuinely useful - I'll go through it carefully. I've already opened a conversation with one experienced manager from an earlier part of the thread, so I'm comparing options and, as you said, negotiating everything before committing.
Your point about most managers not necessarily knowing chess is well taken - that's part of why I'm taking it slow and getting the groundwork right first.

Hi, I was wondering, if it's something you can handle, having viewers in the watch section, predict the next moves of other players and award some token to the viewer with the highest or best predictions. This will help players stay on site, and as well improve the over all playing experience of chess players on your platform. Also how do you intend getting the attention of grandmasters, though it's a gradual process, it's quite great to have a good number of high Elo players who would make the suggested feature above much interesting, valuable and memorable to members. Is it something ongoing or something you think of doing? It usually cross my mind whenever I watch top players like Hikaru, and now and then predict their next moves accurately, I feel sad for not getting rewarded for doing that.

The viewer-prediction idea is fun, and we actually have an Audience-vs-Host mode for streamed games that's a natural home for something like it.
I'd lean toward rewarding predictions with progression and predictor-ranking rather than direct payouts, mostly to keep it clean and avoid turning it into a betting mechanic.

Though it'll attract numerous players who would crave for quick rewards, direct payout will be bad for the system you are looking at establishing, and would fall below the standards of sustainability, a leaderboard would be the best answer to this moves predicting feature, building a system like this in a way it's best sustained for a long time would more like be a way to market the platform without appearing like you're doing so.

Exactly my thinking, Accardo - a leaderboard is the way.
It keeps engagement and competitive pull without bending the economy out of shape, and, as you said, a feature like this markets the platform organically just by being fun to take part in.
That "marketing without looking like marketing" angle is spot on - the best growth comes from features people actually want to share, not from paying for attention.

English isn't my first language, and I use translation and grammar tools to write clearly here, as many non-native members do.
That's very likely why AI detectors flag my posts; those tools are well known for false-positives on non-native and structured writing (they regularly flag human text, including famous documents, as "100% AI").
They detect polish, not authorship.
What matters is that everything behind these posts is real and mine: the product is live, the contracts are on-chain, the data is verifiable, and I've been answering every question in this thread on substance for weeks.
I'm not here generating filler - I'm building something and discussing it openly.
If the wording reads too clean, that's the translation tools doing their job.
The ideas, the project, and the work are entirely mine.
Happy to keep proving that the way I have been: by engaging directly with anything you want to ask.

Everything is doing great until the AI issue. My advice is to continue following that thread to answer the members' opinions. There is a possibility that your account may be marked as an AI user.
Don't use AI again. I have encountered developers who are not good at English, but they are able to communicate with the community. Use of AI can harm your account and get you banned if you continue.

All the translation automated tools and grammar checkers are using AI nowadays. This is why AI checkers detect their results as AI generated content. We all know your intentions and that you are trying to post your ideas in the most clear possible way, including those who reported you. Forum policy allows using AI to create an ANN thread and I don't think you will be banned because you create your responses using any AI integrated tool, but community might consider adding a neutral feedback in your profile. My suggestion for you is to use your own language to express your ideas, or you can add a note in every post you create about that the post was created using AI or whatever tool you use. Or just hire someone with a good English into your team.
