I agree with OP that gambling can change views about earning money. It could make us to begin to build a get-rich-quick mentality. We might develop impatience since gambling outcomes are instant. This might make us lose patience and begin to find difficulty in performing our official tasks.

I took out some time to read through your post and honestly it is well articulated  but what I want to say about gambling experience is that a lot of times the experience of people tend to be different, Mr A might have an all good an exciting gambling experience why Mr. B might not have same good gambling experience as the other. So when your experiences starts deciding your perspective about gambling and life in general it either has a positive impact or a negative impact depending on the consistent outcome of your gambling life.

That sound funny but you are actually right because that is what most people does, but if that's the case, why the he do it with someone money, why didn't he use his own salary for such movement and now his actions has cost him more than what he can chew, he has to face its consequences of his action, so that next time he won't think of doing or taking this move if at all. I have seen a guy who use to be a stay boy at a betting shop where people bet locally, this guy was responsible for collecting cash and bet for people that comes to bet and then do accounting before the closing time. This boy also do have the opportunity to make money from people that win and take his share but he wasn't contended with what he has, he used the shop money to bet a single match and he loss everything and the shop owner arrested him.

Some people don't know when to gamble with sense and I don't know what gave them that confidence to be doing some of the things they do but it's very cowardly to use another person money to gamble with hope that you are going to win and if you now know that you are going to lose but hope that you will win after, then you indeed need to be isolated and teach some lessons so you can have sense not to repeat same thing again.

I think many people in different countries today are dealing with a strong sense of uncertainty, feeling that the old formula of work, save money, and plan decades ahead doesn’t seem as reliable as it used to...
