I don't think so, because in the end Arsenal won the championship thanks to hard work. 3 seasons they always failed and almost 4 seasons with this season they also failed because at the end of this season they were actually not even like the performance at the beginning of the season but fortunately Manchester City also made the same mistake which made the hope that was almost lost returned to Arsenal.

Although maybe some people will consider this as luck because Manchester City did not do the season well but we also cannot close our eyes to Arsenal's performance at the beginning of the season because even they were always at the top of the table from the beginning even though there were 2 weeks they were knocked out by Manchester City in the last few weeks but finally they returned to the starting place and it happened not by chance but it was the hard work from the beginning that they did and in the end they got good results at the end.

Arsenal have always had this issue of inconsistency over the last decade and sometimes they look like the best for the league job but as they progress they begin to deviate and become less competitive and less productive along the line which causes their failure. Other teams who are more serious about taking the league are not sympathetic about any lack of consistency from any other team or opponent and that’s why the more consistent teams will always have their way over Arsenal.

Recently I placed a bet on a football match from a top team (#1 in the league) against the bottom team with at least 8-10 lose streak and on their H2H match the opponent never scored at least 1 on their previous matches. It is not unbelievable at all. Arsenal have worked hard and got their reward. Many other teams have fought for the trophy but none of them have succeeded. Arsenal should be win the Champions League trophy and probably will do it against PSG. If they cannot win that trophy then PSG must be the more deserving team.
Sometimes you see a weak team beating a strong team but the team that is tactically superior wins. I think the teams that qualify for the big tournaments are the strong teams and deserve the trophy.
