If there is an early red card, then I think even 5 goals from PSG against Arsenal could become possible. So if something unexpected happens, like a red card, it will definitely affect the match. Yes but there are some obvious ones like, the example you gave was one of the obvious ones. Arsenal dominated the league sic e from the beginning and at the middle of the season, people have started believing that Arsenal would win the league title but things were not certain for a concrete evidence for that claim. But reaching the last fixtures of the season, it was obvious that Arsenal would win the title because everyone sees that Manchester City matches were tough for them while Arsenal matches were simple matches. So we concluded that Arsenal would win the season title. And it has come to pass. But that will be an opposite to them in the champions league.
