Honestly, while many people is spending more than they should in gambling... borrowing money and spending essential money meant for bills, or even selling things and withdrawing money from investments to support their gambling addiction... do you think this type of person will save part of their bitcoins to hodl? I honestly doubt it!

It still falls on financial management. Your savings aren't for leisure or unnecessary expenses like gambling. If you're a gambler and you regularly spend money for that activity, then perhaps it can take part in the budgeting. But it should come last. Here is a fact, I feel like I am wasting something precious away anytime I use Bitcoin to gamble, I still feel the same if I swap my gambling money for that a week into Bitcoin, I must have trust Bitcoin so much that it makes me feel this way, and since losing the Bitcoin is highly likely that's why I stopped.

Today I prefer to use stable coin to gamble or other coins that aren't Bitcoin, I don't know why I get bothered by this but I does happened to me several times, I don't know if I am the only one, i shouldn't be feeling this way since I am risking what I can lose on gambling but everytime I do I always feel like wasting it, something inside of me will say why can't I add this Bitcoin to my DCA even though I do that time to time.

Another excellent budget measure is to put a strict rule of spending not more than 5 percent of your discretionary funds. Training yourself to this particular dictum proves that you are in logical dominance over the thrill of gambling. That is when you are gambling responsibly and perhaps it should not be the cause of your Bitcoin investment that should regulate how you gambles.
Responsible gambling is what we have long been preaching here all the time that we should only gamble with affordable amount specifically making budgets for it so that we don't risk our investment or emergency funds on it.

Now that Bitcoin market market is on the declines I guess it is even good times to buy and hodl without being distracted because of common entertainment gambling activities which outcome would end you regrets if you leverage your investment funds on it just because you want to make quick profits.

Now Bitcoin price is declining, it also seem  irresponsible for anyone selling their coins at lost just to gamble.
