i been using pinup casino for a year i guess and made deposits and withdrawal with no problem my account is verified there but last night when i try to withdrawal i got screen promt that withdrawal not availaible so i reach support team they said account is in review provide info to manager on email so i did ,he said he need bank statements so i sent all statements but he says its not all deposits that made from this account ,the thing is i use multiple bank accounts for deposit with withdrwal mainly my family members my mom account i use mostly as i have not read terms and condition i dont think most people read now i think i should have read but i am willing to provide all info all proofs i need my funds to pay my bills , even though my account is restrict the deposit page still works only withdrawal is restrict if they allow deposits still why not withdrawal?.anyway ask them to resolve this as soon as possible just release my funds then they can do whatever even if they want to close my accomt thats ok but that money is inportant its only like 20912 indian ruppe not much for most but for me its my monthly expenses i send all the screenshot in your dm @holydarkness

If I get you correctly, you are using many bank accounts to fund your account on the gambling site, but you are using your mom bank account to receive the money that you are withdrawing on your account on the gambling site.

1. Using many accounts to deposit can be seen as a red flag by the gambling site. It is better the money is sent to your bank account first, so that you use your bank account to fund your account on the gambling site.

2. You are using your mom's bank account for withdrawals on the gambling site. This can make them thing that you are underage.

This is clearly a pattern that assumes various things that point to you as a user who doesn't meet the requirements for the service, especially since your account is verified under a different name. I hope you obtained that verification legitimately(not a purchased account or using someone else's identity); otherwise, they may have a hard time releasing your money.

Can you please provide the URL of this platform, never heard of them before, so i am not sure which platform you are talking about. Why did you send the evidence by PM to Holydarkness? Is it for privacy reasons. It is also good to post such evidence here, of course redacting any sensitive/private information, so others can also take a look. I would appreciate it if you can answer these questions:

1) Is your account still in review or has the casino reached a decision?
2) Did you verify your account with someone else's personal data?
