sure, the cases I get in are very easy. They are all sports.

1. Arbitrage- show two bet slips proving arb. Holy says a flag proves arb. It doesn’t prove arb.
2. Value- show the bets so we can make a decision.
3. Fixed- Prove why it’s fixed.

Just ask the book the allegation and tell them to prove it. Going outside the allegation isn’t fair to the player. The book must prove guilt, the player doesn’t have to prove his innocence.

A way to expedite sportsbooks complaints.

1. Player posts complaint.
2. Book has one week to answer. If they don’t answer, put up a flag.
3. If they do answer then discussion with all parties and posters occurs.
4. If it’s almost 100% positive that the book is wrong among posters, put up a flag if they don’t pay.

A living proof that a case can't simply be: player [or book] post complaint, book has one week to answer, if they don't, put up a flag. That is your "peer presssure" mentality, a way you thought to be effective to pressure casino to pay by threat of flag that will ruin their reputation rather than to get to the bottom of the case that will take days if not weeks. Yawn... and I said, as I said earlier on this thread, I am not confident with my capability of one-manned mediation and request three-party mediation, to minimize bias, and from the top of my mind, I think I also stated that decision of match-fixing need officials, some entities who are deep in the department and knows the officials, has access to interrogate entities involved, something that none member of the forum [singular] can perform.

I give voice to this, and you retaliate in hounding me ever since because I embarass you in front of Fairlay while you already sold me high, one that I never ask you to or wished you to. You do that in your own conscience and when realization hits reality, you got slapped and vented your anger in stalking and derailing any "simpler" mediation I did and do ever since.

Now though, you're caught in your own tangle and buried in the hole you dig yourself too deep to climb out. You owed me 1,560,000 USD based on casual or implied agreement. You have my address. Pay me, or take the flag.

This is my main point with you in scam accusations. You are qualified to handle casino disputes but not sports gambling and it's cost players for 2 years. You weren't able to take a look at the Fairlay evidence and determine that the match was fixed. One look should have said it all. It did to sports gamblers in the thread since they knew immediately it was fixed. Stop always believing whatever a sportsbook tells you and presenting their statements as fact. It's a crooked industry.
