Sorry about your experience OP. It is unfortunate you are being treated this way. It would have been better they come up plain with you if they are no longer interested in your affiliation but of course they can not because your downliners are already with them and they as a casino are benefiting from your affiliation with them so they will have no option than to maintain a cordial relationship with you but this attitude of theirs towards you is what I don't get clear, how can they treat you in that manner of delaying your payment and also wanting to deny your withdrawal. Anyways I do not doubt the fact that the casino is not a sincere casino looking at the fact that they already exist here and have lot's of scam accusations against them which they are e yet to attend to. In order for you to fully explain your situation, legible screenshots are essential. Is it possible for you to use a different image upload service. All of the current images you posted cannot be seen, maybe the situation will resolve itself in future but it would be a good for you to consider a service such as PostImages.

If a BC.GAME can openly ignore a verified partner who generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in deposits, they can do it to anyone.

You are right. There is no sense (even for a scammer) to deny payment to its partner who is giving them more business, despite having terrible reputations recently.

Two separate issues. We are not (at least I can speak for myself for sure lol) supporting a scammer platform, in fact we are looking at a contractual breach by a licensed (you can argue on reputation part to which I will agree) casino to one of it's affiliate program manager.
Consider this if we will not support OP, is it worse for bc.game?
I am criticizing the  bc.game's delay of well deserved payments like I did in many other cases.

$21,000+ is a lot of money. It is understandable that you felt you had no choice other than to create this thread in order to find support. There are many scam allegations against BC Game, I would advise all people reading this to avoid them (both for gambling and for affiliates). Over a period of time, their reputation has sunk to what seems to be unrecoverable levels.

Hello JollyGood, thank you for your interest in my thread and for your support. I truly hope that with the collective effort of this community, we can achieve justice and hold them accountable.

As an update on the situation, they have now gone into full ignore mode. For the past 3 days, they have been reading my messages in the group chat but refusing to reply, while completely ignoring and not even opening my dm.

OP says he wasnt aware of bc issues other people had yet he was driving traffic to them worth millions, probably more. Would that be ignorance or naivety?

I hope OP gets paid but lets not behave like he is innocent of other people getting scammed by BC.

You should try sending bctokenbot a PM, that's their representative here in the forum. Checking their profile, they were online several days ago, not sure when they'll log in again, but send them a PM just in case, they might be able to give you some update, though it is not guaranteed.

The bctokenbot account was last active a day after you contacted him. Maybe he will respond to your message after he logs in again or will post directly in this thread.

Having said that, you have to start exploring all of your options. It does not seem right that you have to wait until they contact you because of the length of time that has already passed. What is your next step?

Exactly my point, but somehow not many people getting it. Driving traffic of millions to a site like bcgame is disgusting and predatory if not a scam in itself

As this matter has been resolved, the OP should have locked the thread after confirming the resolution. I still feel as though there could have been better communication between BC Game representatives and the OP at the early stages of the complaint. If this had happened, it would most probably have stopped the OP creating the thread in the first place (and bringing further negativity to BC Game).

I mean he marked it as resolved, didn't even bother to update anything though. The classic searching for help case and once it's resolved immediately never seen again. Maybe some mod can lock the thread or something.
Actually, I am surprised this go settled, didn't expect this to happen but even if it didn't I would have felt bad since bringing players to a sketchy site is nothing anybody and OP should be proud of!
