First post and you asked for a loan without collateral. If you do not have any valid collateral to provide then nobody will give you anything.

I am not sure what gets into the minds of such scammers, to be honest. Like they expect some random internet guy to trust a newbie account and send them crypto worth $34,000 USD, just like that? 
This is putting delusion to a whole new level. I want to support the flag, but it's wrongly created. Theymos suggests that the reference link used should be a scam accusation/reputation thread created by someone else, as the OP of this thread can easily delete the contents of the thread.

one singular neuron is all they got, same with the scammers from the currency exchange section trying to buy/sell millions worth of bitcoin, sometimes even billions 
not sure how correct this could be, but i truly think it's just kids (mostly) making these posts.

The scammer forum-member registered and was online in the forum only since then, for a total of just 3 minutes and 42 seconds to make only that single post.  
Its funny, he even forgot to include an ETH-wallet-address, but the much more interesting question is i think, how exactly did he come up with the figure of 16.2 Ξ?

You should provide some altcoins worth atleast as much as you are asking for as collatral. I don't know what else can be consider as collateral here as your asking amout is way too much.
