I think that to win through gambling, you have to always depend on luck. If luck helps then winning through gambling is very easy. When our luck is good we win and if our luck is not good then we do not win. We have a positive idea by winning the first time while gambling but we have a negative idea by losing the second time betting. We forget that gambling is a game of luck. To win proper research and strategy are needed and luck plays a big role. The casino has no hand behind winning or losing. It completely depends on our research strategy and luck. There is the tendency of first time players to win, maybe gambling is programmed that way to get them fully involved in the game. This is  understandable because if first time players start with losses, they may likely run away and never come back, so to get them excited and committed, they usually encounter some nice winnings at the beginning but with time, everything begin to balance through a mixture of winnings and losses. That is completely a fallacy, casino don't know first timer, just that some people are very lucky to win bet in their first time, and this makes them to keep striving to win more, and it looks like casino gave them that wining to make them have more interest. But however there is nothing of such. What about those first timer without wining, what can we say about them? Not all gamblers are opportune to win a casino game as a first timer, and I feel winning a casino game as a first timer is a matter of luck, and not a calculated effort to give a gambler winning. A casino site can give a player or first timer bonus to attract them , and not winning.

But more than that I believe we can win even in a game where there are many losers. For instance in Casino Holdem(evolution), I watch at least 20–30 hands and count losses and wins categorize them. I get your point but logically it is usually not how casinos work.

Most casino games are built on fixed math called house edge. That means the casino already has a long term advantage in every game.

They do not need to give first time players a win on purpose. Wins and losses are already random for every single player.

What happens instead is just probability. Some new players win early by chance because randomness can go both ways in short term.

But when someone wins first time it feels very special and memorable.
That strong emotion makes the brain think the pattern will continue even though it is just luck.

Casinos mainly rely on this psychology and game design not personal manipulation of each player. So it is more about randomness plus  human psychology not a planned trick for every new user.

I don’t really think this is how it works. If gamblers wants to use that kind of approach to advertise and lure new customers, then they’ll be the ones to be at disadvantage. If they use that approach, for every new casino that opens, even old gamblers will want to risk more to try those casinos out since they know they first time luck will shine on them, that means they can continuously do this for every new casino when they sign up as new member.

Well, I know that its actually happening because I can attest to that but I believe not for all gamblers. There are few ones who managed to win even if they are still inexperienced but majority are still losing during their first time. That's because we are gambling in uncertainty, we are gambling only with chances and luck. Experienced or not, skillful or new to it, if luck is not there, winning will never be guaranteed.
