1st Amendment has been adjudicated to mean we can travel by right. Anybody who wants to use that adjudication properly in court, can win a $bundle... if they don't throw the case out first.

You must have done at least a little research to become a prof in a university. Research it, and you will find that I am right about the Right to Travel. Then where is the problem? It's in the fact that complaints, those done by government or people, are beaten in court by a claim.
When government files a complaint against you for something traffic related, your response should be to to file a claim for damages for wasting your time, etc., by complaining about you. Other things as well.
Your attorney is an officer of the court. He won't help you, because he is helping the court make money, just to keep his license to be an attorney and screw more people. You need to do your own research or find good paralegals.
