Business vs Employment

I would choose business because it has freedom and you can earn unlimited. In employment, no doubt you have financial stability and less risk but there is limited income and you have to work 8-10 hours per day. If you wouldn't, your income could be reduced. In business you have to take risk and long journey. In which you can get more income after successful business. My opinion to start your own Business even start from small. What do you think?

You are correct, but business is not for everyone.. Some people do better in employment, while others do better in business..  For some persons, it is not really business or employment, it is about which one helps them build wealth and give them the life they want…

A lot of successful business owners actually started as employees and used that income to build something on the side…

What are the reasons for this?

I think the main reason is scalability. As an employee the income is usually tied to the time and salary it means there is a limit to how much a person  can earn. Even a highly paid employee is still exchanging time and skills for money. While a business owner on the other side can earn from the work of many people  sell to thousands or even millions of customers  and benefit from growth without increasing their own working hours at the same rate. U also have to keep in mind that businesses carry much higher risk as compared to job. Most business owners never become millionaires  while employees generally have more stable income. The few business owners who succeed can create filthy of wealth because there is no fixed limit on their earnings.

Being an entrepreneur is not really easy and you will need enough capital for you to grow the business.
You can start a business with a small budget ana gradually you can be addingthe profit you are making to the business to grow it gradually which is what most business people are doing and within few years, there business would have grown well.

Business is all about capital and even though we have capital to start, that may not be enough and this is why we have seen so many business men going to get a loan so that they can grow their business bigger and larger to yield more profits.

Every person's skills, risk-taking mindset, sense of responsibility, and personal goals are not the same, so everyone's journey is different. People have to build wealth in different ways due to their circumstances. Not everyone has the ability to do business, may not have the financial capacity, and many are not able to take the risks involved in doing business. But yes, the most reliable means of great success is business, everyone starts small, but the main thing that makes the biggest difference is the mindset, you must have the desire and faith in business, then it will become easier.
