I am creating this thread in other for us to discuss more about weather and climate conditions from across the world, so I will therefore encourage us to be more considerable when discussing about the subject matter and also bring in our ideas and what we feels about a particular way down okay climate condition the case may be from our region.

Before we go deeper, if I may ask, how many of us do you take our time to check on the weather condition before we begin our day, especially during the rainy season, do chicken on the weather does not got limited to the rainy season, even in the dry season we need to know the temperature for the day and how it could affect or contribute to support what we needed it for, most people check the time but we don't even bother to check on the weather condition of a day as well as even the overall with climate condition over a long period of time.

It is no more new to us what a weather is and how we could also understand the relationship to climate condition, I notice the incidence of flood has been mitigated this year and I don't know maybe this was as a result of vast information past and close some certain areas prune to such occurrence or people are more careful to watch closely on whether reports and avoid flooding, but on a practical sense, I have been following up with the weather forecast each day for this year and it has always been about 90% accurate.

Natural disaster can not be fully stop, although it can be prevented.

3. It can help against naturall disaster like predicting hurricane and some other ones before it began. But what that is funny is that people will still stay there and not leave their home. It will begin and kill few people.

Checking whether everyday also depends on our activities daily because if you are someone who works from home you might not have any importance to no if there would be raining or sunny in the next day because it doesn't affect your work, so is mostly ones in a while you could check whether but however for those that leaves there home everyday for work are the ones that are more familiar with checking whether condition so that if there would be need of going out with umbrella they would no. The importance of whether forecast is for us to no what climate we would have tomorrow. Have you ever gotten stranded in the rain that you cannot afford to get wet because of how important is what you are going for?, so that's the disadvantage to someone who doesn't regard weather condition.

1. I do because I'm always going outside and that's why it is important to check it day by day.

Checking whether everyday also depends on our activities daily

You are right, this also depends on our daily activities in which we do, the nature of our work, you can't expect someone who is a farmer not to always observe on this to know about how he can plan his way for the year and not even on a daily basis this time, for the construction workers, they also need to check on this before the embark on their daily activities, if they don't want to be disappointed, there are so many other things that we do on a daily basis that we also require to check on the weather in other to know if it is best time for the day or not to do those activities.

Weather forecast has now become more important because climate patterns is not that predictable as before, sometimes the down pour of rain will be much or the heat will be much of a sudden. Checking the weather will not just help you on the kind of dress to wear or movement, because it also helps students, drivers, farmers and even traders to prepare for the day, with a little it can help prevent alot of damage and stress. But you see the disadvantage is when people ignore weather reports that can help alot of people to avoid problems like health issues, flood or property damage. So you see awareness really do matter alot to help people prevent alot of damage much easier

What happens next after checking the weather forecast? If you have an appointment you're going to put an end to it because the forecast tells you that it's going to be extremely sony or that it's going to rain heavily?

The concern should be wether we are doing the needful in ensuring that we are planting enough trees and discouraging deforestation because that's what actually matters more than looking at wether forecast and doing little to nothing about it. The climate condition of most African country is getting extremely bad partly because of the effect of unregulated industrialization and gas flaring.

To be honest I don't check the weather update every day, unless I get a notification from a weather app on my phone.  Otherwise I usually just look outside and try to guess what the weather might be like. However a few days ago I was looking at Microsoft's weather maps on my PC and honestly, it was quite interesting. You could see when it was raining in a certain place on the live map and surprisingly, it was quite accurate. So now I try a little to check weather forecast but I don't do it anymore due to laziness or I don't remember.

I do check weather forecast each day because whenever i unlock my phone it literally shows me the weather forecast for the day but most of the time it doesn't work so even if i know the weather forecast for the day, i don't mostly follow it.

A lot of things has really changed about the weather which are climate changes because in the past we predict correctly when raining seasons and dry seasons will start, but now it's kind of irregular.

Yeah, advantages of weather forecast is that it helps people to plan their day, for businesses and travels but that is for a region where their weather forecast is mostly accurate.

Yes, I check weather forecasts sometimes, especially during the rainy season because it helps me plan my day better. Lately, weather conditions are changing a lot globally, so it is important to stay informed. When people ignore heavy rain warnings and later get stuck in floods or traffic. The likes of Farmers, travelers and even football teams also depend heavily on weather forecasts before making plans. The advantage of checking weather reports is that it helps people stay safe and prepared, while ignoring it can sometimes lead to avoidable problems or accidents.

I also check the weather in my own way, especially when it is rainy season, more important for me because I need to plan my day together with how the weather for the day is going to look like, you can imagine if you're having an event for the day and you don't know what the weather condition may be later in the day, is so important that we check on the weather at some particular point when we are planning for anything to achieve for the day, especially when it comes to event or activities that are concerned  with the nature of the weather.

The weather in my country is easy to observe. It is either a rainy season or a dry season. Although we also have a season we call the harmathan season, purely a dry season, but it comes with much breeze.

I dont always check the temperature before leaving the house. Looking up in the sky does the job for me. If it's gonna rain, I'll take an umbrella, knowing it may rain or may not.

I used to daily listening to the weather forecast by 6:30AM on one of the local radio stations but it seemed some days the forecasts were not really being what the day later turns out to be, and it. Heavy showers and thunder storms you'll listen to them forecast but it turned to be just a few minutes drizzling after I have taken the pain of going out for the day with my umbrella. Hence, I stopped listening to those forecast and just accept whatever the day brings 

But what that is funny is that people will still stay there and not leave their home. It will begin and kill few people.

Many of those folks who it appears as though they're refusing to leave is because they don't really have somewhere comfortable they could go stay throughout the waiting period for the disaster to begin and be done with. So they just decide to stay in their homes praying it doesn't happen but it eventually does.
