I visited my profile in order to tighten the security a bit through 2fa, but I discovered another thing named "Shared secret (Base32)".
What does this mean and how does it work?
Is it like "A secret question"

I had to blur part of the numbers out because it is called a secret, I don't even know if I was supposed to hide it.
Who is sharing the secret numbers with me - why it was called a shared secret.

I need direction, if it's something I can use.

That’s the code or set up key that you will add to any authenticator application for the 2FA code. It’s secret code and nobody is sharing it with you and should remain a secret because once someone has it they can add it to their authenticator and generate your 2FA code too. It is still same as the QR code there

Use the guide on this thread to set up your 2FA

That thing there should be your backup to the 2FA you are about to enable; in case you lose access to it, you can always use that code to restore it back through the authentication app.

If you have enabled 2FA before on other places, you will see they either give you the option to copy the code and paste it on the authentication app or you scan through the QR code generated.

The base32 is encoding format for your 2FA key, an additional security for your account. Anyone with that key can access your your account if they know your username and password or if they can access your attached email to your forum account.
This thread will help you set up.

Bluring security keys(shared secret keys) and think it's safe to upload on the internet is a bad practice, there is a way you can saturate a blurred image and you will able to see the content. I don't want to go to that guide. I will advice you remove the image of your keys from OP.

It's all about setting up your account security. This shared secret code is necessary when you are going to enable your 2FA security. You have to input it in your authentication apps to get the OTP. If you don't like to add the 2FA as an extra layer of security, then you don't need to do anything from your end. Just leave it as it is, but if you enabled it, then don't forget to secure your shares' secret code as well.

In addition, don't add security questions. Later if you want to recover through secret questions, then your account would be locked, and you would have to get recovery support from the account recovery team.

Since you got your desired answers, the thread could be locked from the lower left.

I have modified the image. I know there's a way to saturate a blurred image to reveal the content, but the problem was, I didn't think the keys was so important. Now that i have known the secrecy behind the phrase, I have followed your recommendation.

Thank you all for your input, I appreciate. I will have to lock the thread now.
