Issue:

I encountered a serious currency-switching bug while playing Mission Uncrossable on Roobet.

I was auto-betting 1250 IDR (~$0.07) on Mission Uncrossable, chasing some insane multiplier like 50,000x, I think. In the second tab, I was playing Keno bets (also in IDR) and got a big hit. So, I changed from currency IDR to USD in this tab so I can withdraw exactly $600.

Immediately after completing the withdrawal, I noticed my balance had suddenly dropped to around $15 instead of approximately $1265.

After checking my bet history, I found a recorded bet of 1250 USD on Mission Uncrossable - a bet I absolutely never made, or intended to make.

Important details:

* I was auto-betting 1250 IDR, not USD.
* The currency switch happened in another tab only for withdrawal purposes.
* There was no confirmation, warning, or indication that my active auto-bet currency would change.
* The system appears to have interpreted “1250 IDR” as “1250 USD” without conversion.
* You should be able to verify from backend logs that my auto-betting session originally started in IDR.

Another major issue is that this bet should arguably never have been executed in the first place. I was chasing extremely high multipliers (around 50,000x), and Mission Uncrossable has a max win cap of $3,000,000 USD. A $1250 USD bet at those multipliers would exceed the game’s stated max payout limits, so either:

1. The bet should have been blocked automatically, or
2. A clear warning/confirmation should have appeared before placing such a massive wager.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed using Roobet until now, but this incident is extremely concerning. I’m hoping the team investigates the logs carefully and resolves this fairly.

If this isn’t addressed properly, I’ll be posting a full detailed thread on Bitcointalk with screenshots and all related information because users should be aware of a bug like this.

I play with the same style in Stake, and when you switch currency the bet amount simply shows in that currency, like if the same happened in Stake, it would show me $0.07 bets, which is ~1250 IDR

Live support has stopped replying totally for no reason.

Sorry but this is absolutely on you. If you change the currency within the same browser (maybe even different browsers) it switches for all tabs, that's just how it is. Same on stake and many other casinos.
I mean obviously it would be smarter if a game gets automatically paused during a switch but you should have done this yourself also.

Should yes, but that's all there is. It's your responsibility to be honest. Would have taken you 5 seconds to prevent this. Guess you won't make this mistake again.

And yeah, I have done a similar mistake years ago on stake, never happened again to me. Expensive lesson.

No, that's not correct. I especially mentioned that I can video record how it works on stake if you want. If you switch currencies, only the currency changes not the amount. Like if you bet 1250 IDR and switch it will show you $0.07 which is 1250 IDR

I think you forgot to read the part the bet was in auto-betting mode. If I changed currency and made $1250 bet that would be on me, of course.

Maybe you misunderstood, but auto betting should not automatically bet the same amount in another crypto. it should stop or continue with original crypto if user changes wallet crypto displayed.

It does not happen on any major site like shuffle, stake and nor it should happen. Changing displayed crypto in second tab should not affect auto betting on first tab at all

Your wallet currency on Roobet is an account-wide setting, not something that changes tab by tab.  I think the same is true for the vast majority of platforms, not just Roobet. The second you switched to USD in Tab B to make that withdrawal, your entire account flipped to USD. Your auto-bet script in Tab A didn't know the difference - it just took the value "1250" and placed the next bet using whatever the active currency was. Unfortunately for you, that was USD.

Comparing it to Stake doesn't work here. Stake is a totally different platform that automatically converts the number in your bet box when you switch the currency. Roobet simply doesn't do that.

Also, your argument about the $3,000,000 max payout blocking your bet doesn't hold water. A max win limit caps your winnings, not your wager. Casinos have absolutely no problem letting you over-bet a multiplier; if you actually hit that insane 50,000x, they would just cap your payout at $3 million and call it a day. Would you complain about that? Probably not.

He didn't change the crypto currency though but the fiat currency, there is a difference between those 2 things. Obviously it shouldn't happen no matter what, but it did. Pausing the existing auto bet would still have been the number one thing he should have taken care of, I am staying with this opinion tbh.

Anyway, I don't really expect to see a reply in here, don't know if roobet ever replied to some accusation here.

Does it mean they will allow me to bet $10m and if i win i get 3m and zero if I lose? Makes no sense, there should be a warning.
