I’m having an issue with my FreeBitco.in account (ID: 3677229).
The site announced it's closing, and I’m trying to save my funds.
What I do:

· In the "Change Payout Address" section, I enter a new BTC address (my Binance wallet).
· I enter my password.
· I click "CHANGE".

After that, the system says: "Follow the link in the email sent to your email address."
But the email DOES NOT ARRIVE – neither in the Inbox nor in Spam. I've been checking for several days, using different browsers.
Because of this, I can't confirm the address change, and therefore I can't even try to withdraw funds (the Withdraw button is also unavailable or leads to a closure page).

What I've already tried:

· Checked the Spam folder.
· Added noreply@freebitco.in to my contacts.
· Tried requesting the email again – no result.

Questions for the community:

1. Has anyone else had a similar situation with emails not being sent from FreeBitco.in in recent days?
2. Is there any way to bypass this email confirmation (e.g., via 2FA)?
3. How can I initiate a withdrawal directly if the payout address is old but can't be changed?
4. Is it worth waiting at all, or has anyone already managed to withdraw funds after the closure?

I’d be grateful for any working tip.
If any FreeBitco.in admins read this forum – please help me withdraw my assets to Binance.
Thanks in advance.

You're not going to get much help on the Bitcoin Discussion board.

Move this topic to Scam Accusations if you're under the impression the casino is engaging in that sort of thing. From what I can tell by the creator of the Freebitco.in topic, and his current trust ratings, you most likely are getting scammed or experiencing being thrust in the middle of an unfortunate casino mismanagement situation. You could also move this topic to Archive and then post the same thing in the Freebitco.in topic itself. There seems to be ongoing and active discussion about the shutdown and stuff from what I've skimmed just now: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.0. You'll probably get more/better reaponses over there. Good luck.

FreeBitco no longer has active admins in this forum, so they cannot really help you here.

The whole situation with FreeBitco is a mess and what you are experiencing is probably one of it.
I am no longer monitoring the situation, however, when i read their shutdown announcement, they said withdrawals would be blocked and 'genuine' customers would be moved to a shutdown database, and that's where they'd be able to log in and withdraw their money. Are you on that database?

FreeBitco.in also has problems with FreeBitco.in.
They have been in trouble for a long time, they announced the closure and promised that someday they will enable withdrawal. Since they did not define the exact terms, it can last for years, until most people forget about their accounts there.
Even if you were their admin here (or anywhere else), rest assured that they will not make any concessions to you, or to any individual.
All you have to do is forget about them and move on.

They are gone for so long in this forum and any rants will provably not shaken their position. Its clear that they don't really have plans to settle their obligation, because until know they didn't post an update that clarifies their current condition.

Best for affected people to follow their thread to know the ongoing discussion there, also get the latest updates.

But it seems that there's less chance that people can still get their pending withdrawals, since freebitco.in is not responsive and already been exited here for long time.

Welcome to the club. Their email system is clearly not working, and many who need to verify their identity through it for some reason can no longer even log in. I tried to log in after a couple of months and they ask me for just such a verification - in the end, they will probably delete such accounts due to inactivity.

1. I don't know when your last successful withdrawal was, so I don't think this failure is just recent. There are dozens of user reports with the same complaint.
2. Nothing
3. Nothing, your withdrawal will likely be handled entirely by support without going through the regular withdrawal procedure.
4. It depends on the amount involved; if it's less than $100, it's not worth it.
