I agree with that, gambling isn't something that should affect your mood because if it does then it means that you are not doing the right thing. most of the time this is true! You will feel sad and annoy if you loss the money you intend for something else but  used to gambling. that is not entertainment anymore, that is risking your budget.
Though sometimes i feel bad ang my mood change not because the money I loss is not extra, sometimes I feel so bad because I was winning and that was the time i must stop yet, I chose to continue and target an amount and made me lose all the money.

This is what I struggle with, control in gambling. I’m not saying I lose control every time, but maybe in 10% of my gambling sessions, I lose control, and if you think about it, that is already big.

So even if we assume I am good with analyzing sports games, I still end up losing because I become emotional when I lose. But sometimes we only look at the winning side, and we only feel bad when we lose, that is when we realize what we did was wrong.

Actually, it is easy to understand the theory, but the application is very hard, especially if you have been gambling regularly and you always want to feel the thrill. The bigger the stake, the higher the thrill, and sometimes that is what we are really chasing. That is why control is hard. We know what is right, but once the emotion and excitement are there, it becomes difficult to follow the plan.

Some do take risks they can't afford to handle the pressure and when they are being told to do what its within their ability, they won't adhere to instructions as they believe they are right in their decision and when the result did not turn out to be what they are expecting, they will feel so emotional about it and due to the pressure of the result they don't expect makes them to keep making irrational decision and the only way for them to remove that risk is to stop playing because the game won't longer be for entertainment purposes and this will impact their lives negatively.

Well, in my opinion, when you lose what you can afford to lose, you don't feel bad about it and you can still continue your normal day. That's, like, the whole idea of it. If you feel bad(not you, but anyone, myself included), so, if you feel bad about losing "what you can afford to lose", it can mean two things: first, you lost more then you can afford to lose, and second, which is even worse, you can't cope with small losses.
