I built a browser-based tracker without compromising on your privacy, as everything is stored locally. The tracker helps anyone new, as well as those who are trying to rank up. It also encourages how, where, and what to post with its native intelligence. I have used vibecoding to build it, and I am still working on it, as I think there are a few things that need to be worked on.

For example, the Opportunities tab is still not optimized to deliver what someone struggling on the global board needs. It only displays opportunities to earn from Bitcointalk, depending on the rank. It is still a work in progress, but I sincerely request the community to help me design it by replying to what is good and what is not good. I am okay with constructive feedback. I have not yet fully updated the FAQ section.

I would genuinely appreciate constructive feedback from the community:

1. What feels useful
2. What feels unnecessary
3. What is missing
4. What could be improved

The goal is to make it genuinely helpful for Bitcointalk users trying to grow from Newbie to Legendary.

IMPORTANT NOTE

While onboarding, you will be asked to enter:
1. Username
2. UID
3. Select Local Board
4. Then fetch.

It should fetch all the details automatically, which will be saved locally except the sMerits. You will need to enter it manually. I have hosted the static page on Cloudflare for now as I am still testing it. The image below is my profile.

Thanks..

I appreciate you tried to create something for community, but I don't understand what's the point in having this rankup tracker?
We already have BPIP and BitList website providing more than enough information about forum profiles.
I tried using your website, but it's very confusing and I didn't find a way properly find member and change it later.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that the user interface can be confusing, which is why I mentioned that I am still working on it. The reason I created this is to assess whether individuals who prioritize privacy are still interested in using Chromium-based extensions on an app that can be accessed on any device without compromising their privacy. [EDITED] I do not think the extension that you have mentioned can be easy and clear to understand for anyone new or trying to rank up here in this competitive and security focused enviornment.

Although we have excellent tools, such as those mentioned, I noticed that yours focuses exclusively on a single objective: tracking the ranking and measuring how much is left to reach the next one. It even includes a to-do list for this purpose. I don't think it can be compared to the others. It's interesting, and I didn't find it that complicated. I would include the option to change the colors in the light and dark styles, and in the dark style I would soften the contrast a bit, with less black (for example, the color #3B3B3B or something similar).

I think is about the way that he displays the data, there are a lot of data tools, but if someone finds a way to show that data on a nice pattern or more friendly for all and not only for high math skill guys.

I really liked the project, i know it was made with vibe coding, and it would be great if it becomes open source and you share the code with us to have fun.

Thanks for your feedback, and I trust that feedback from a known developer encourages me to work hard on my prompts and improve the logic behind the tool. As it is still work in pogress in the future if everything goes well with my planning I will make it an open source project.

Cool project. I'm curious where do you pull the stats for which board is highly watched by merit sources? Do you track this independently or do you use other sources and compile it on your own? I haven't tried using my own profile yet, but it seems like fetching the profile takes quite a while. Not sure if my internet connection affects that or not. Feels a bit too slow considering my connection is quite fast though (albeit I use VPN regularly).

I appreciate your effort to be able to build this. I also admire your passion to help newbies rank up.
The project is fine, but I feel there are a lot of information in it that could confuse some newbies. The formula is KISS (Keep It Simple and Straight). I also understand the nature of what you build demands so much explanations.

However, I have a different feelings to your project. Please don't be mad at me. I think that some of the tips or task will make newbies not to use the forum the natural way it should be used. I don't know if you understand me.

Take for instance this;
  • Post in Bitcointalk discussion
  • Reply to a Begineer’s question
  • Write 3+ paragraph post
  • Check new ANN threads
  • Review signature campaigns
  • Send sMerit to a quality post

I think it's leading users to use the forum not in their own way. I might be wrong that is my little input.

IMPORTANT NOTE

While onboarding, you will be asked to enter:
1. Username
2. UID
3. Select Local Board
4. Then fetch.
How about someone who doesn't belong to any locals, will they still proceed?

It's probably just what the AI came up with, since he mentioned that he used vibe coding to build the tool.

Yup, I agree. It does feel like you're just following pre-determined tasks instead of being a usual member. Maybe it's better if users can customize the checklist and choose what they want to do.

How about someone who doesn't belong to any locals, will they still proceed?
I tried the tool, seems like it's fine even if you don't choose a local board. It's optional, and it's main purpose is to provide you local crypto news and topic ideas.

Thanks for your feedback. You are right, the sounding of those checklists may come across too mechanical and task-oriented. I will surely refine those sections when I upgrade  the tool to the next version so the focus is mainly on healthy participation, learning, and contribution by anyone planning to use the tool for rank up.

How about someone who doesn't belong to any locals, will they still proceed?

Yes, they will still proceed. But under the Merit Lab tab, they will not get topic suggestions and local crypto news exclusively for their local board. They will only get a generic topic suggestion, and the suggestion is prioritized based on the current forum rank held by the user.

Cool project. I'm curious where do you pull the stats for which board is highly watched by merit sources? Do you track this independently or do you use other sources and compile it on your own? Thanks for the feedback. As of now, it is mostly based on the public Bitcointalk pattern and my research and observations. I am aware of which global boards merit sources are active, and that logic has been applied to the tool. The fetch speed mainly depends on the forum's response time, VPN routing, and Cloudflare delays. Sometimes there might be an issue with fetching, which is why I have also given the user the ability to manually enter the details and enter the tool.

Okay, so we can't really see the data publicly. It'd be interesting if you post such stats here. I'm sure it will lead to interesting discussion as long as it's clear how you collect and analyze the data. So it's safe to assume users internet quality has no impact on the fetching delays? I assume the CF itself is related to the server. I guess most people will end up inputting the data manually if the speed is too low anyway.
