The last scam accusation against your casino was made last month. Actually we have been in operation since 2023
The reason we never created a thread before is because we were not happy with our product nor was it ready to scale. We spent the last 1.5 years working to build out our own infrastructure so we could be in control of everything to maximize player experience and scalability.

Since we are new to bitcointalk feel free to message me the posts you are referring to that says we are a scam. We have been running an honest business this entire time and no one has been scammed. Most likely people are upset because they violated rules, or were caught trying to abuse the casino or bet on weak sports markets with inside information.

The founder is very public and streams almost weekly inside discord, anyone who claims that this casino is a scam is more than welcome to come to a weekly stream and voice your concerns.

You also need to consider that the casino industry is full of competition and casinos are constantly writing fake reviews about one another.

Hope this addressed all your points.

Edit: Just saw you are referring to trust pilot. That happens with any casino, people trying to arbitrage bet or do things that go against the rules, and we are informed by our providers to take action. We are simply following the rules, and in doing so people who like to try to game the system and get caught like to leave bad reviews. If you know anything about trustpilot then you would know its nearly impossible to clear up bad/fake reviews, but we do our best to address each and every review whether good or bad.

I noticed that you have an AI assisted 24/7 live support with only predetermined sets of questions. IMO, it would have been better if you had humans on the other side to reply to users queries. Thanks for the explanation but something is not still clear to me. Are you saying that irrespective of my bet amount I can only win $1m? I have seen other slot games and they set their limits on multiplier and not payout, this will allow people wager higher amounts of money to win bigger payouts. Maybe you can revisit that rule and cap your limit on the multiplier just like it is done in so many casinos in the forum. I will be creating account and applying for the $5 to test your platform.

Thanks for the response. So, they are like an insurance policy, or at least similar to that, which ensures that if a gambler wins a huge amount, they will be paid. Just another question, is the payment from them automatic, or do they need to investigate and make sure the win is legitimate first before paying out? Also, thanks for the clarification about the max win per round(at least that's how I understand it), and it not being in total.

well your bet amount will determine the maximum payout based on the max multiplier of that specific game. The way you are suggesting is somewhat unfair to the player, because your way would allow players to make bigger bets but capping their multiplier, which is not something that is possible or fair.

acroman088 yes in simple terms it is insurance so that large wins will be covered. Payments are automatic yes, limits are increased based on gameplay and vip level.
