3% is standard online for edge, brick and mortar casinos have slots with rtp of 83% yet people still play and no one complains.

So, as a player, you also know that gaining trust takes time. It usually takes several months before high rollers decide to transfer from other casinos. Ohhhhh. TBH, not that much interested on rakebacks alone. It is nice to see some progress from them though-- most rakebacks are live they said.
