I am posting here to inform the official DEDPRZ representative and other users about my unresolved complaint.

DEDPRZ accepted my bets and settled them as winning. However, after I requested a withdrawal, the winnings were removed from my balance, and I was told that I could withdraw only my original deposited amount because I had allegedly placed bets on “weak markets in low-level events.”

My account limitation is not the main issue. The main issue is that winnings from already accepted and settled bets were removed only after I requested a withdrawal.

DEDPRZ did not provide the exact Terms & Conditions clause that allows them to reverse already settled winning bets. They also did not explain why these bets were accepted and settled as WIN if they were supposedly unacceptable.

I invite the official DEDPRZ representative to respond publicly and provide the exact rule used to remove my settled winnings.
