Yes, there are plans in the works for me to make FRK use static nfactor 6, and make them both merge mineable.

Is it asic resistant?

Yes. General Scrypt ASICs can't mine this as they're fixed for the factor of 10 and I seriously doubt anyone would invest to make ASICs for factor 6.

I am getting 3M/H per card for for 4 Asus R9 280x with the following settings

I am expecting at least 5M/h per card how to improve hash rate on these cards

I doubt it ever will, if everyone find out that its just scrypt-n with n hardcoded to 6. No improvement at all

I have toyed with stratum on Mine Big I am sorry for the disconnects I changed Vardiff to go up to 40960 due to the high hashrate rate of the miners. Vardiff target is 15 seconds coin block time is 30 second so you should at least get 1 weighted share per round if we where to hit every block. This is a new algorithm and being the first pool up and testing setting it can get rough but bear with us . We are planning on expanding more but I am the only developer at this time for Mine Big and I am maintaining 20+ pools. I am looking to get more developers on the team also working on our own custom front end.
