Could you make a little more effort to write clearer sentences, rather than just throwing in terms and leaving readers to interpret them freely?

Hello examplens

Some peopel ran into problems with our Telegram bot recently. Telegram's API was rate-limiting and rejecting some of our requests, which caused errors and stalled swaps. Here's what we've done:

1.Fixed the Telegram 500 error that was interrupting orders even when typing /start
2.Added a short cooldown between each processing step so the bot no longer overloads Telegram's API

These changes should resolve the bot instability and make swaps run more smoothly from start to finish.
