Because if sports betting is truly better, then sports bettors should be more profitable than casino players in the long run. But are they really? Many still lose even after doing research and analysis. So maybe sports betting is not automatically better, it just gives gamblers the feeling that they are making smarter decisions.

i think you're right. sports betting feels more “skill-based” because you can analyze stats, injuries, and matchups, but one random moment can still decide everything.

i still prefer it over casino games since the outcomes feel more transparent. i usually stick to pre-match lines on sportbet and haven’t run into kyc issues on crypto withdrawals so far, though that might just be my experience. their live odds can be a bit slow sometimes, which is a good reminder that it’s still gambling no matter how much analysis you do.

Although you have many potential and tempting winning opportunities in slot games, most of the time your losses are higher, but in sports betting, the chances of winning are higher if you have the skills to analysis the team. The winning amount of gamblers is determined by luck, but the more accurate your analysis of the team in sports betting, the more likely you are to win. Gamblers tend to make wrong decisions because they are excited and this excitement is caused by not being able to control their emotions.
And this emotions impulses is what its killing some gamblers potential skills in gambling, because of how confident they are about their analysis, and overconfidence kills faster when it comes to gambling, as their emotions won't allow them to think straight and make better decisions. But, if they are able to control their emotions and stay in doing what its good, despite how sure they are about their analysis, they will be able to prevent some tempting opportunities that would lead them into gambling recklessly.
In sports betting, the more in-depth the analysis, the more different types of predictions will be made. Therefore, if you analyze more, you may think that you can make 100% correct predictions, but the reality is completely different because even a stronger team can lose due to any moment on the playing field. Such incidents have been seen many times in the past. Therefore, even if it is sports betting, if you bet based on your own analysis, if luck does not work in your favor, you may lose. And the cause of the overconfidence problem is when you bet your required money or such an amount of money that if you lose, you will suffer a major financial loss. Therefore, you should bet by keeping your betting funds within the limit. It will never be good to bet outside the limit and show overconfidence.

I think so, the good thing is to manage all emotions in the best way and not let yourself be carried away by what we sometimes feel. I tend to let myself be carried away, I find it hard to control myself sometimes, even though I try to do it because of money. I know it's best to control money, but sometimes it's very difficult. You have to be there playing, be in that moment to realize that it's not easy at all.
You have to try your best and put it into practice because to be disciplined, you must sacrifice and be able to control yourself to enable you manage your emotions effectively. I understand what you mean because it's not easy to just stop playing when you are losing, your entry mindset is to win back your losses and before you know it, you have incurred more losses.
