There are few online casinos that doesn't request for KYC withdrawal this days, but I want you to know that many online casinos are also just like what stake.com used to be and that same thing that made Stake not the old stake anymore also happened to them.

I am only advising you not to rely on any online casinos that aren't asking customers for KYC right now, it doesn't mean that sooner they won't start to ask, because let's think about it, loads of people will start using the platform and that will get the noise out even more.

They will come after them, for not asking KYC verification before processing customers withdrawal, sooner or later the government or people incharge of regulating online casinos will come after them.

Thanks for the input.

Yes, this is exactly the problem. I'm not inherently against KYC, I'm happy submitting the documents. What I'm tired of is that after I hit a big win they use KYC in a weaponized way as a reason to make it difficult to withdraw. There's the kind of casinos that require ID/Address/SoF and then there's the ones that want a notarized photo of you doing a handstand outside your house showing your address and today's newspaper with their casino name written on it... You get the point, and I've been through it all.

I'd much prefer then to do the required KYC preemptively before that win. Basically I'm just looking for a casino that operates fairly, seeing as these days there's far too many that aren't.

If you want zero KYC, look at purely crypto-native platforms. I split my bankroll across Stake, Cloudbet, and Sportbet.one. Sportbet has no KYC, but let's be realistic: a $100k payout won't process in "minutes." Their risk team will lock it for an on-chain integrity audit, which takes up to 14 days according to their rules.

Smaller no-KYC books just don't keep that kind of automated hot-wallet liquidity without checks. For six-figure action, your best bet is what you suggested: go to a tier-1 licensed casino, contact a VIP host, and clear your Source of Funds before depositing.

Most of the centralized casino has the tendency of asking KYC especially if they will investigate your account.
Investigate like if we had a problems with the deposit or withdrawal? On my experience, I am only being demanded by a username or ID number of my casino account. But if the investigate you mean is beyond than that or it is like we did something illegal, then I also don't think criminal minded users are going to comply with that.

Given the amount you are risking I believe you always have a higher chance of being KYC even if casino doesn’t have a mandatory KYC.
They may also not mandate a KYC because they are decentralized but if it is that they are decentralized, then they can stick out with their words. Apart from decentralized casinos, we also have centralized casinos and they can either mandate a KYC or not, or it can only get asked before we make withdrawals. It does not also mean that we are suspicious. So they don't really need to do investigations.

No-KYC thing is kind of a marketing gimming but what it represents is there is no mandatory KYC but they can request one at anytime as they wish that is why it is just better to pick the one that has proper KYC thing instead of trying gimmicks. But as OP said, he is okay with KYC but not used to treat it as kind of weapon to hold onto winnings when he win big then he tried many sites possible before looking for the recommendation.

I will still go with stake because even the bigger payouts are settled instantly unless there is a suspicion but if OP is a high roller then it must be easier.

"Unless there is a suspicion" is exactly the gray area OP is referring to. In practice, larger withdrawals on centralized casinos often trigger manual reviews or additional checks as part of their risk management process.
That's why some players prefer platforms with fewer intermediaries involved in settlement. I still use both centralized sites like Stake and some crypto betting platforms such as sportbet.one depending on the situation.
None of them are perfect. Web3-style platforms can still have limitations around liquidity, UI, and withdrawal sizing, especially for larger bets. But the trade-off for some users is avoiding prolonged compliance reviews when trying to access winnings.
At the end of the day, it comes down to what trade-offs you're willing to accept: smoother UX and established infrastructure, or more direct settlement with fewer account-level controls.

Yeah I'm aware of the advertising threads, the problem is just how many of the No-KYC casinos that claim no KYC but steal winnings or require KYC suddenly when you win big :/
I think this happens with almost all casinos, whether they are labeled as no-KYC casinos or not. There is usually a certain withdrawal threshold, and if a player tries to withdraw an amount above that limit, their account gets flagged for manual verification. These limits are set based on various factors, such as the casino’s total bankroll and risk management policies.

Some large casinos, such as Stake and Bitsler, have ample bankrolls and typically request KYC verification mainly to ensure that users are not involved in money laundering or other illegal activities.

As for finding a list of casinos, there’s nothing better than the forum’s Gambling section. You don’t even need to open each casino’s thread—just browse the thread titles, as most casinos already mention whether they offer a no-KYC feature.

Not just ALMOST all casinos, they seriously ALL do it.They can claim here or wherever they want to be "non KYC", if you look at the fine print they always have it written in the TOS, always. I mean you could say it's false advertisement, right? They lure players in with false promises despite having 0 intention to actually live up to that promise, otherwise would wouldn't go the route to basically leave the option open while putting it in their TOS.

So in my opinion, every single casino that claims to be KYC free is lying, plain and simple.

Its really misleading for casino which advertise that they don't ask KYC, but they just hide those information in their TOS. Then use an excuse that they suddenly ask KYC for some especially cases like if they find suspicious activities on someone's and other else.

With those matters we can really say that No KYC claims is just a false marketing trick. Because they know many don't like KYC and so they can attract people to come in. This is why people need to be vigilant and casinos usually do that schemes are the scam ones. We need to avoid those casinos caught lying on this matters, because if they can lie with this matter there's a chance that they can even do more crazy things to people.

I've never found a casino without kyc on this forum, but with online casinos outside of this forum I've found a lot of them and not once have I experienced something bad like being cheated out of a win that they didn't pay out but even so there are still more casinos that are trusted by operating properly.

Apart from that with casinos that can pay out big in a matter of minutes it can't be guaranteed, even with casinos that have to be kyc and have a good reputation this is not a guarantee because I think it depends on our own luck.

I doubt that manual review is needed for every withdrawal, if the player usually bet big and withdraws big then the casino will just process it like others and only the suspicious part comes in when the user who never deposited that big but suddenly deposit a hundred thousand and manages to complete the wagering requirement and immediately trying to withdraw and when that happens the casino might consider this as laundering attempt and try to seek more information regarding the source of funds.

why would a serious high-roller even risk playing on a 'no-name' site instead of a tier-1 regulated operator? It feels like the 'No-KYC' high-roller niche is either a marketing myth or a total trap. Are people actually finding consistent success here, or is it just survivorship bias?

I'm looking for a casino that will take highroller action without doing KYC runarounds.
Basically looking for a new home and what stake.com used to be.

I'm really just looking for a casino that will pay out $100k in minutes with no bullshit.
Only casino - no sports. What are the most trusted sites these days?

Some people here will probably disagree but these days there is no such thing as a trusted no-kyc casino, simply because it is too hot to operate one - you'll either make yourself a red hot target for regulators, especially American ones, or you'll be using a site which cannot use most of the expected tools like Cloudflare that it will need to stay online when it reaches a certain size, because of the first point. There are simply too many peope trying to take these sort of casinos down that it is a constant and withering effort to even attempt it. The best you might hope to get is an early stage casino which is playing a bit looser while it tries to grow and overlooks these things, but they all reach a point where they have to get in line with this documentation gathering.

What you are looking for might not be easy to get unless you want to end up in a scam no kyc casino.
I don't know about withdrawal that is up to $100k without the casino team asking for verification from you but I know that there are several casinos here that are of an epitome that offers both sportbook and casino games. If you are looking for a casino without a sportbook, they are available but doing KYC verification may be compulsory.

Any trusted site will allow you to withdraw any sum without issues, usually when it comes to casino winnings. Most of the shady stuff happens on the sportsbook side of things because people are often involved in betting on rigged stuff, value betting, or pro betting and things like that.

Any reputed casino will never trouble you over casino winnings because there is nothing a player can do to manipulate the results, unless you're planning another Hufflepuff Cheesy which happened on Primedice years ago if someone doesn't know.

There are good websites and reliable casino you will join their website to spend what you can easily let go because you will see some conditions of the casino and you will confess that the website is the best place to gamble,  I don't what to recommend you to some reliable gambling center but I will advice you to research in your location to see many gamblers comments about their benefits from the casino. There are some new casino you will join and you will regret of finding the website to gamble because some of the conditions they started there are will not let their gamblers to cope with their own conditions.

Probably to test the waters lol. But yeah, I do agree. If you're a high roller then choose a casino that has been there to trust because if you risk your money on these casinos that doesn't require KYC, that's a red flag. No, if you're smart enough that you're a high roller you'll definitely would like to go on a casino that has even the slightest KYC or that really has a name in the industry.

I'm really just looking for a casino that will pay out $100k in minutes with no bullshit.
Only casino - no sports. What are the most trusted sites these days?
Most gambling sites that some people will think will require no KYC may require KYC if the amount of money is as high as $100000 that you mentioned. Be expecting a gambling site to demand KYC from you for successful withdrawal of such higher amountbof money to be possible. They will try all possible means to make sure that you will not be able to withdraw the money and KYC requirements will be part of what they we try to make sure you are unable to withdraw.

Yeah I'm aware of the advertising threads, the problem is just how many of the No-KYC casinos that claim no KYC but steal winnings or require KYC suddenly when you win big :/

Hello at freedomgo has given best response to your request as long the forum is concerned.
You can navigate through the thread link there in his post and give a test run on anyone there with the said of NO KYC and I'm sure many sites there're purely casino provider with no sports just as you wanted.
There're also a lot that runs quick payout with large payment amounts.
However, for you not to hold anyone responsible for any future change of the mode of the casino operations and their terms is why you're required to make the choice and deal with it yourself.
Perhaps they keep to their reputations for now but can't guarantee you of the future occurrences.

There are many reputable casinos that will not ask for KYC and will allow you to play and make withdrawals  without passing through KYC. The only time they can ask for KYC is when they suspect violation of their rules or they suspect any form of abuse of their bonus or contest. In this instances, they already shared in their terms and conditions that they reserve the right to ask for KYC anytime they consider it necessary. It will be difficult to rank these no KYC casinos because such will be based on individual experience and preference.
