You can hardly find any legally licensed casino operating on absolute no KYC even when they promise it they still in the long run request for it if your stakes, deposits and withdrawals starts going high. This days it's better safer to use a license casino with moderate KYC requirements than with a NoKyc non license casino because most of them just quick to scam immediately a huge amount is deposited or won.
Professional data check are demanded when playing at licensed casino. It is also vital note that these regulation have been established to guard against fraudsters of your asset. The seemingly friendly unlicensed sites may go offline any time. Better be safe and abide by the official regulations when you strike it rich in the future.

Yeah I'm aware of the advertising threads, the problem is just how many of the No-KYC casinos that claim no KYC but steal winnings or require KYC suddenly when you win big :/

That is actually quite common.
There are a lot of casinos which advertise themselves as being free of any KYC processes, but they only actually allow their gamblers to sign up and gamble without asking for documents and personal information, but they actually mention in their terms of service that they reserve their rights to ask KYC and any personal information at any moment and at their discretion.

If you are seeking a fully private casino, be advice, many of them as not so reliable as they deal in a grey area when comes to regulation and transparency. The good news is you should be able to find some and have chances to choose.

I'm looking for a casino that will take highroller action without doing KYC runarounds.
Basically looking for a new home and what stake.com used to be.

I'm really just looking for a casino that will pay out $100k in minutes with no bullshit.
Only casino - no sports. What are the most trusted sites these days?
It's difficult because for large payments in some cases there will always be re-verification to make sure that it's correct even for cases without KYC.  This is used as a step to make rules and regulations to keep it under control because there could be hidden intentions when money comes in/out in large amounts to such as money laundering and others even though the site is without KYC but when there is money coming in and out obviously it will be very difficult without KYC. So for the sake of minimizing I think KYC is very big will happen for very large money flowing into the casino.

On the one hand KYC is not that complicated if we really aim to gamble and there is no problem with KYC because we only need to verify that it is an account that we have.

Gamblers should not risk too much money so we should prevents that happens. The casino would not suspects the small transaction but if gamblers wants to make money from gambling, they will still use huge money to gamble.

Asking KYC to users are quite common, we can't away from that but we can only prevents it happens to us. So far I don't verifies my account by doing KYC because I don't use too big money to gamble but I don't know in the future because the rules can change anytime.

It is why research is important to do before we select the casinos. If users are not requested KYC by the casino, that doesn't mean you will not get. It is only a matter of time for you to do KYC.

With the goal being security, it should not be a burden for players to be checked by the casino, it's just that some players may be uncomfortable with this because it involves personal data while they don't want their personal data to be known by others either because people are very careful or there are other reasons. On the other hand, you are right in saying that unlicensed casinos or sites can go offline at any time and that should be a consideration or should be anticipated.

Plus it's not about "putting all your eggs in one basket". It's the actual risk that putting ANY amount of your Bitcoin in a centralized service.
That is still important for me because it is a way of minimizing the risk, and I believe bigger bets are normally on sports betting. So if you bet like $10k on a certain game, you can use maybe 5 sportsbooks to minimize the risk, besides the odds are just similar so you will not lose the value if that is what you are after, but the risk is minimized.

When you deposit your Bitcoin to a centralized service, the coins in your account called "BTC" are not actual Bitcoin anymore. They're mere numbers in the casino's ledger.

But the ownership is still yours, the only change here is that it is no longer in your wallet. It is already in a contract where the casino has to take care of your balance, and you can be able to withdraw it according to their TOS.

OK, then try to hold ALL of your Bitcoin/savings in a centralized, No-KYC casino, because you absolutely trust a centralized No-KYC casino with ALL of your Bitcoin its "TOS" will definitely assure you that you still own your Bitcoin.

Although, I believe you need to learn more about basic Bitcoin knowledge, and why the network is actually designed that way. If you truly understood that, then you would know WHY the bolded part of your post is laughable.

It is true that you said that it is most likely done by casinos with them exempting players from kyc but with terms and conditions there stated that they can ask players to do kyc at any time and what I think is when the player gets a big win, whether the goal is for the security of the withdrawal or whatever it is so the casino proposes kyc to the player that must be fulfilled.

With so many online casinos operating and with us who may still like to visit new casinos that exist, we must be careful in choosing them, although I myself only judge in terms of appearance but before this I was ready to lose by fraud because it is the risk of online gambling.

There are only few reason why some hesitant to do it when it comes to payout of huge cashout. Its either they really protect their identity and not used to being submitted to the platform tos. Usually when you do KYC it means they have your information and for some thats not comfortable with. The other reason is probably they are doing illegal or not upright to casino rules and regulations thus they avoid sucb process to be determine.

That's why the best answer is that there is no no-KYC casino that can be trusted. It's impossible for any of no-KYC casino to release their money. This is why KYC casino much more trusted than no KYC casino. It's because there will always be validation required before they will pay your win.

Dealing with big deposits and withdrawals in just minutes with no KYC. That will be difficult to find. Legally, they will have a lot of problems, and it will probably be shut down very fast if they send a large amount to another account and make it to the bank or cash. It will be flagged very fast because it will look like a money-laundering scheme.

Good luck finding a No-KYC casino that has that kind of feature. Also, be really careful because it may promise that kind of deal, but you don't know if they are real. IMO, it's still best to make it happen in a reputable casino even though they have KYC. It's the money that you want to be safe with.

It is very hard to see a casino that would not request for KYC during such big win because even those that advertise as no KYC, still do ask for KYC in some situations including big wins, which is also stated in their TOS. I think before using any casino, try to read through their TOs first to be sure kYC will not be needed before going ahead to play any game, even though it is advertised as no KYC. But I doubt if there will be any casino without KYC for that amount. Still in your search, try to be careful to use only a trusted casino.

You will not find any. There will be no casino without KYC will allow you to withdraw six figures without triggering the AML verification. Allowing people to withdraw six figures without being verified give them risk to be clarrified as platform used for money laundering purpose.

Professional data check are demanded when playing at licensed casino. It is also vital note that these regulation have been established to guard against fraudsters of your asset. The seemingly friendly unlicensed sites may go offline any time. Better be safe and abide by the official regulations when you strike it rich in the future.
Being a licensed casino does not mean the casino can't vanish into thin air; the issue is not about getting those regulators to approve their business and permit them to serve their citizens; it's also about the real objective of these business owners.

Some take years and time building brands under fake identities, and since they are not yet scamming, nobody will complain until they wake up to rug-pull the casino, and their details can't even be traced by the same government which gave them authorisation.

One just needs to know where to look for casinos which actually don't have any intention to stockpile our personal information and make use of it in order to sell it to third parties or hand it over to regulators.

I have seen some casinos which actually seem to embrace privacy and even go as far as giving support to Monero for their deposits and withdrawals.

The problem with those casinos which actually do not care about KYC is that eventually regulators and law enforcement finds them when they manage to accumulate an important daily volume of money... And Naturally the administration of those casinos get an ultimatum from regulators, either they comply with their demands, of they would be thrown into jail in the future. In the most cases the casino when up giving up their non-KYC policies and does whatever regulators wanted to be done.

With the reasons you say it makes sense because there are certainly people who do protect their personal data from things that they think they should be aware of themselves. Someone who avoids this kyc process must have their own reasons but I can't think of a reason for someone who refrains from doing kyc with the situation being a condition for them to be able to withdraw the winnings obtained from their bets. With a casino that does not require kyc on its visitors, this may be one of the casinos that is in great demand but even so this must be watched out for too. It never hurts to stay careful.

  👍

Although there might be some No-KYC casinos that might be "OK", even for a short amount of time, the best advice would be as you posted - AVOID THEM.

Maybe for very small deposits it could be debated that they're "safe", BUT reputable casinos don't KYC their users for some amount of time for small deposits as well. Cool

There is no place with no-KYC forever that is trusted. There are some places, for the small amounts that you may play, that could be ok with no KYC for a while, but after that all legit places asks it. Stake even does not ask for the first few withdraws if it's small enough, but after a while they do.

So if you are really looking to play at a place that is not asking your KYC, then you are playing at a place that is not legal, and if they are willing to break the law with that, then how are you sure that they won't do it any other way?

I don't know why some people treat KYC like an evil thing to avoid. If you are not a money launderer, if you are a good person, it should be fine. No?

The more people you give your government documents to, the higher the chance it will get leaked/hacked/stolen.

Identity theft is no joke. It ruins lives and can lead to kidnappings or worse.

KYC is evil. Nobody should be giving away their most important data/documents away just to gamble on some random casino that might or might not be trustworthy. Same goes for exchanges and other platforms.

I avoid KYC like the plague it is.

Personally I will say, in as much as it’s your money involved and the casino used is trust worthy, it will be better to provide KYC if asked and withdraw your funds. That’s why since we are trying to protect our personal data, it is best to use reputable casinos too that we are sure of, so no one will be scared of giving out their information to withdraw, in as much as everything the player is doing on their site is legit and at the same time keeping to the regulations of the casino.

I think in the case of a high roller, any casino platform, even the most trusted casino, is also asking for KYC, because it is mentioned in the rules & regulations of almost all casino sites. $100k is a large enough amount, so no casino without KYC will want to release such a large sum. So I can't give you accurate information about this. If you find a random casino site that allows you to withdraw a large amount without KYC, it can be risky for you; they can scam you. KYC is applicable not only to small amounts but also to large amounts. KYC is required for all trusted and reputable casino platforms, to my knowledge.
