If you were given opportunity to invest which would you go for?

I will always prioritize the one who makes easier and faster profits, that's bitcoin. Because once I have gained significant amount from it, then it'll be best to start diversifying and this time, with landed properties. So it's just a matter of priority which should come first, and when bitcoin pays off, then other assets will also be considered investing.

But if given the chance to have sufficient funds, I would go for both, no need to choose. Both are profitable as long as you are not rushing to make an income.

People often to invest more in property related things because they think that can get a good rental value and the market is less volatile which will give them more benefit while investing in Bitcoin or digital currency is sometimes a bit risky as it profit in a short period of time and the risk of loss is also attached to it and they are very volatile so both the risk of getting high profit and loss is attached to the digital currency if I were to make the decision to invest in any one of it I will make a balance plan and would like to invest in both digital assets and land because it Diversification and will give better result as compared to putting all your investments into one and being dependent on its result.

Their's no investment that doesn't have risk, in every investment you have to consider risk first...bitcoin has its risk of rising and falling, likewise the way real estate business has its own risks....but in real estate, sometimes the environments doesn't have traffic for developing...this are factors that's behind undeveloped environments

As for me both investment is good, provided that it appreciate in due time. Bitcoin and landed property is good. I will say if there is fund or enough money you can invest in landed property as a physical investment while Bitcoin as online investment. Both asset will appreciate in due time. Sometimes you don't need to even buy in a civilized place before it appreciate, you might buy it in a nice environment and development meet it, many people who bought landed property never knew development will meet it, but as Time pases the value keep adding. So in my own opinion both are good when it comes to physical and online investment option.

It will be biased if you are comparing Bitcoin and the real estate and you talk about the region being underdeveloped. So what happens to other regions being already developed?
I think you should just keep it neutral because there are still landed places that are developed. Maybe you should compare the underdeveloped lands to the alt coins because that how they are in the same value ranges.

Of course the government can just structure to develop those underdeveloped places very quickly by providing the places with just roads and electricity and at that moment you will see people in massive coming to invest there and of the sudden it becomes developed.

All I can just say is that Bitcoin and real estate are all potential long term asset which only takes time to add in values.

You should not take the maximum risk by investing only in digital currency. You should definitely diversify your investments. Instead of increasing your risk by investing in any one type of currency, you should deposit money in the bank, buy land, invest in gold, and invest in some other real estate. If you invest only in digital currency, if for some reason that investment fails, all your assets will be gone, but if you invest in multiple diversifications and invest in multiple assets, if any one of them is destroyed for some reason, the rest will work as a backup.

I do not think you will make a better return than a real estate investor just by holding Bitcoin and doing nothing. If real estate investor know how to use financial leverage effectively, they can generate returns that are in a completely different league

Risk does not only come from price volatility or liquidity, but also from legal factor and rare uncontrollable events such as natural disaster, war, hacking, or loss of private key.

diversification is good but what comes with trying to invest in bitcoin and land at the same time is the kind of finance that not a regular dude has. it is not even about which of the options one will want to invest in because if you throw that question in a random way as this, i will just conclude that investing in the two is the best option. bitcoin allows you to invest even if you don't have your money in bulk unlike investing in lands or the real estate sector that that requires a lot of single input per time.

You don't need to argue with them about investing, they could not agree if you said digital currencies are the best investment. Bitcoin will be the best investment for you but not for them because many people still difficult to accept it.

I agree. Anyone with financial knowledge understand that diversification is essential to minimizing risk and protecting a portfolio or asset. No asset is perfect, and putting all your egg in one basket is not a wise strategy. But the problem is that not everyone has enough capital to invest in multiple asset classes like Bitcoin and real estate at the same time.
Each asset requires different capital levels and approaches. Therefore, the final choice still depend on each person's financial situation.

The reality is that most of us are retail investor with limited capital. Bitcoin is probably the better option, and that is why most of us choose it.

Easier profit ? I doubt either Bitcoin of landed property is an easy investment.. and talking about faster profit, both still requires good amount of time to make tangible returns..  For Bitcoin, it’s advisable to hold for at least 2 cycles to get tangible result, which is roughly over 8 years.. While for landed property, if you do get in a strategic environment, 8 years plus is a decent time for the property to get matured..  But when it comes to landed property, it depends more on the location..

I will say they’re both good though, it just depends on the individual.. I’ll stick with both..

Your idea is clearly brilliant, because all the assets you mentioned are long-standing assets and are still sought after by everyone who wants to own them for the long term and in large quantities. I also agree with this idea, because currently, gold, land, real estate, and Bitcoin continue to be sought after by many people for an indefinite period of time due to the frequent price fluctuations from year to year, even though the price of assets like Bitcoin still experiences frequent volatility in the market.

But for the long term, such as five years or more, choosing Bitcoin is clearly not a bad idea, as over the past fifteen years, Bitcoin has demonstrated a real increase in price due to increased interest. Aside from its high short term volatility, Bitcoin is not inferior to gold or real estate when it comes to long term value accumulation. In my opinion, Bitcoin is also a superior option compared to gold and land, even if you plan on investing long term over the next few decades.

It is easier for BTC to dominate in the earlier days when the price was arguably low and it was easier to do 5X - 20X or more in 5 years , but now such multipliers are not very feasible in such a duration nowadays. Landed properties in a rapidly developing area is a top hit. 6 years ago, I bought 2 plots of land in a bushy area near an airport when it was still a local airport, now there are real convincing processes to turn it into an international airport and development is fast paced that my bushy land now sits in what has turned into a well developed area, If I want to sell, I'm making nothing less than 10X.

People who are less tech savvy prefer landed properties and people who are not prepared for the headache and scams associated with land agents simply prefer to go for digital assets. Both are good and profitable but it surely boils down to preference and I would always go for both to try and balance my assets portfolio and for more security too.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

I think both of them are good investments because there are always huge profits when you have plenty of them. Sometimes it's good to have multiple investments because putting money in one place does not always make sense. At least one or two investments makes more sense, though it depends on your financial status. But to be honest Bitcoin investment is far better than land business there is no two ways about it because you don't need stress after investing in Bitcoin, unlike land business that requires many process, but like I said earlier I think people are capable enough can still go with both.

I recommend traditional assets and crypto. But precious metals other than gold is something I have doubt on.

If I have been given money to invest, I would put most of it in bitcoin and some to gold. Real estate is also good but a number of factors come in which are beyond your control and the time period of 5years only makes it less attractive for a decent ROI. Real estate grows as you give more time.

Gold too grows with time and 5years is too less in my opinion.

It is important to maintain balance in investing. People need to diversify their investments in such a way that even if they face losses in one investment, they can recover those losses from other investments. And wise people say that you should not put all your eggs in one basket. I firmly believe that it is the most foolish thing to accumulate all your earned money in one place. Personally, if I were asked to divide my investments into several sectors, I would invest some money in real estate, some in crypto, and some in places where there is cash flow from the money.
