What Prompt you into Politics? Also Remember Law of Karma

The politicians we have these days are not scared of Karma, if truly Karma affects the politicians. I haven't seen any politician suffering and his suffering is attributed to Karma. You better wake up from that dream of thinking that Karma is going to catch up with any politician that has done shitty things just to remain in power. Maybe Karm is aware that before you become a successful politician, that you won't be a saint, so Karma don't bother visiting the politicians for things they did before taking power.

 Top politicians I know are living large, have access to top medical services, have money to spend on anything that may comes their way, they commands respect everywhere they go, they are living longer than average citizens. So I don't believe on this Karma talk on politicians.

I will add or say that whether we believes in karma or not, relying on karma alone won't be enough. So for any society to function properly, accountability is supposed to come from a strong institution, active citizens and laws, and not us hoping that someday those responsible will face the consequences. History has also shown that some powerful people prosper for years, but public judgement, legacy, reputation can eventually tell a different story about their actions or conduct.

How possible are we going to forget the law of karma, which talks about what you do to others will also be returned back to you, which is a simple interpretation of the gravitational force law, which state that what ever goes up comes down, most of these our elite politicians have done a lot to achieve the status they are into now, some take their time to build up their credible reputation and recognition in well doing, when some are being dubious in all their ways in order to achieve their aims as a politician.

I don't know what to say, but having been from a country with very bad leaders, i can tell you that it is rare to see karma work. The bad politicians are getting richer, these politicians continue to build castle on the tears and suffering of the masses, yet they are not getting the kind of consequences they deserve.

I do believe in karma, maybe you dont.
Karma is real. These leaders may not pay for the crimes and atrocities they have committed today, tomorrow, or after death, but somehow their generations to come will suffer the consequences. Some of them face the fate as well, but in a totally different form. Leaders need to know that if they hurt the people, the blood of the innocent will hunt them down someday.

Do you see entrepreneurs getting into politics? there is a term called if you are an entrepreneur don't fight the government because they can bankrupt you at any time, they have the legal power to act and political maneuvers that can destroy your business, therefore the best way to anticipate this is that you get into that part of power to maintain, maintain and enlarge your business, the world of politics is a cruel and nasty world today, but with it you can survive a lot of threats from outside when you or your allies have power.
The law of karma is believed by all, it just doesn't work as fast as court decisions, and many even see why those who commit many crimes live well.

We, humans, are stupid because we changed the definition of politics. Politics was first known as the process of making decisions that influence how societies are governed and managing power relations. Until we foolishly decided to define politics as a dirty game, for the strong to oppress the weak and vice versa, I've seen several comments on what politics mean, and it gets me annoyed reading them. This is a wake-up call for all of us to start changing how we see politics. If not, the political leaders will continue to do more evil things, claiming it is political.

Most people nowadays don't believe in Karma anymore. They act as they wish, imagining there won't be consequences later, because science can't prove that to them. The modern human being only believe in science and idolize it as the peak of knowledge and wisdom.

Politicians are people like everyone else, so they follow that same tendency. They are enjoying a good time, full of pleasures, easy money and influence over the society. They are seeing things only on short term, without getting concerned about the far future.

And Karma is indeed a tricky subject, because there aren't any assurances of its existence. It's something some people are inclined to believe in its existence. I believe it was designed in a way it can't be factually proved, otherwise people would be behaving as good persons just with second intentions in mind, and not because they are genuinely good.

Even those who are not supposed to be in politics today are being found in this professional field or because they can't manage to afford another profession than to go along with the trending one, because they know they will definitely have access to public funds and use them the way they want for their personal interest.

This makes me think about those that you see go into teaching jobs, are they doing so because the find no other means of entry to any other profession and earn a living, all the truly have passion for doing the same job, this is why we have to look into those that are going for politics as well, to checkmate if they have interest in it or they are only willing to achieve their personal aims and goals.

The politics practiced now in Nigeria is a self centered and greedy one that never give room for equality and straightforwardness especially when money is involved.

Politics is a dirty game and all of us know this for sure, but this is just an ordinary illusion that people take as mentality open themselves in politics or when coming into it, the real idea behind it is not that politics is bad but people that are into it and not fit in for the task ahead, many are only after what they will earn for themselves and not for the people, while it's such a pretty that there are no control measures to make sure that those that are coming into politics of the right intention and could be screen out.

I will assume OP was referencing politics due to the atrocities being done amongst the politicians over the innocent citizens and the conscience ness manners of embezzling public funds because there is no one to question.
They actually don't feel it that the rewards for the acts will be karma's reactions since the constitutional law can not judge them.

Some people think the philosophy karma is only when you show your wickedness on the individuals or oppressing the weaks individuals.
Of course many may have a lot of promises and thoughts of what to do for the people but when they resumes office they buries their promises underground while some uses it as strategies to catch the masses supports for their selfish interests.

Bitcoin got me into politics.   When the price dropped a lot (like today), I got curious as to why.  Then I started tracking it to the president's words and I understood.   When he talks "only good" the price goes up.   When reality hits the news, price goes down.



I'm not even in the same country and I wish I could rise up in a civil war to overthrow that corrupt old man.  But then I'd justify the Canadian danger!  I just can't win.  All I can hope for is the brain impulses to his body fail completely so he can't press the big red button and is reliant on boy scouts to feed him.  :/

Someone like you don't need to be a politician. Be an activist for the people that's all.
In my country we have few activist and trust me when I say they are stinky rich. I do not know where they get their money from. Being an activist in this generation comes with a lot of benefit from bribery and corruption. All angle of politics has been desecrated into looting and embezzlement of money. An activist in a local area will fight for road contracts. When giving the contract, he takes 80% of the money for personal use while using the other for the road which wont be completed.

I do not believe in waiting for karma, if only the citizens can put their heads together, they can peacefully or forcefully amend the problems, but in some part where some people are selling the future all for short gains when bribed and used by government, with the insecurity in my country, there are still those who are busy campaigning for the same government, what can karma do when we are the ones suffering ourselves.

Op i understand your point perfectly,but I want to let you know that karma works, just that it happens in a way that we the humans may not understand it,i strongly believe that no wicked shall go unpunished God have a way of visiting wicked people which we humans may not know..,in as much as we use to see them getting richer everyday that doesn't mean they are not being paid for their evil did, they are some many problems they are facing which we don't know because they can pretend as if nothing is happening because they have made so much money but it really hurting them badly..

But I still support on what you said that we should come together and attack them forcefully and reclaim what belongs to us and that doesn't stop the wrath of God from being upon them for their evil..
