First of all, divide your bitcoins into mostly two parts, one part for mostly spending, while the other for mostly holding. In other words, bitcoins meant for saving should be spent less while those for spending should be spent more (and saved less).
Spend your bitcoins mostly on good things that can make you more productive/profitable or can improve your productivity, since it's better to hold and benefit from Bitcoin price increase than spending on less profitable things. Besides spending your bitcoins on less profitable or productive things will keep decreasing your networth or overall assets, and eventually leave you with little to no bitcoins or assets. In summary, spend on things that can help multiply your assets
Before you buy anything with Bitcoin, first consider a reputable seller nearest to you, if you don't find one and want to buy virtual products/services try a reputable international seller. If you also sell something for bitcoins let them know about it, and ask them to consider patronizing you too. If you consistently buy from them they will remember to buy from you. This is how a circular bitcoin economy can eventually become bigger.
Most of your bitcoins should be self-custodied... be careful with centralized custodial exchanges. Exchange your bitcoins more on decentralized, p2p, or instant exchanges/platforms, doing so will put you within Bitcoin safety boundary and make you a true bitcoiner.
* Finally, remember to contribute to general community projects that can help advance Bitcoin. Make sure you contribute only to the good ones with strong foundation.
