Yes my general question to the team what be what their agenda is for the weeks and months to come in regards to implementations or scalability and improvement of the existing functions. The concept is basically a good one, but I think the infrastructure needs some scaling. It is quite normal people who want to conduct tests or analysis on an address that these addresses contain hundreds and thousands of transactions.

What is the long term goal of Omnisee? Monetisation was brought up here before, how would the service be maintained if not with revenue?
I have forwarded this to the Team. Will get you some response soon.

Why under Latest Blocks section on the home page it shows no blocks available?

Is this a data fetching issue? Or am I missing something here?

[EDIT] I checked again now, and it is showing the blocks, most probably a fetching error.

I also checked it today, and it seem the display and functionality are working normally and there are no issues. In case of slight display problem, that is normal and can easily fix soon. The only thing that we should do is to inform the development team so that the team is able to fix the issue in the shortest time possible.

I mean I got scared on my 0 balance but It seems like I was not updated to my Electrum wallet anymore...
I can understand that palpable moment of fear 😂

I don't have any idea any idea that you cannot see that real balance any more when it comes to this kind of sites, so i was just shock about that never search my address for a long time, but I remember this update on my wallet so I make sense now that it wasn't showing anymore, I double check everyone if something was wrong, and search it immediately  Grin

Quote
But there are a few errors because of the large interactive views are blockchain providers.
Even from personal experience, it's obvious that the site doesn't handle large files well. It usually gets stuck on the way.

Again, I also discovered that there's no return to homepage tab/button on the site. One has to use backspace or return key several times (depending on how far one has browsed away from the homepage) to get there. For instance, I can easily return to home back on this site by clicking "home" or return to first page on this thread by clicking "1". That's not the case with the Omnisee.io site.

Agree there were a few lags and errors in my experience, but is this just some kind of tracer?

Also, if you click the logo on the upper left I it's a quick homepage button, so you could go back easily to the home page or the first page.

BTW..Did you go through the FAQ page? I was going through the page and was reading about the transaction graph when I found out that the page needs a Back To Top. It is the only page where this tool should be created. It is just a suggestion for the team, and I do not know whether others also felt the same.

I know a tiny button with a back to top is likely to be needed but when using this on a PC or a smartphone, all we will do is scroll up to be able to read more accurately where we desire. But in case developers can easily add it without interfering with other vital functions that might be overlooked, it will prove very useful.

Yeah, it can be added without changing the core code structure of the platform. Only that particular page needs that small, but I feel an essential tool. BTW.. the team has now added a roadmap. What is interesting is this part, which is about the paid tier due to be launched in Q3 this year.
Quote
Paid tier launch ($9.99/mo): unlimited AI analyses, deep graphs (depth >5), PDF export, priority queue, API access (1000 req/mo).
Compliance B2B ($499/mo): bulk AML scans, white-label reports, SLA.

Another observation – I used an Android phone for this and I discovered when I turned my setting to Desktop, it became cumbersome for me to navigator through the site. I don't know if it's with my phone or it's a general thing for other phone users who switch to the Desktop mode to assess the site. I will like to read from others on that.
That’s totally normal, and I believe it happens with everyone. Not just in this side, but whenever one forces a desktop layout onto a small phone screen, everything automatically shrinks to desktop style. At this point you’ll need to be pinching the screen in other to navigate the it properly, this is because that mode was designed for a computer screen/interface, so it’s totally normal.

Is it just me, or is the Home button already added I checked, and there was a home page button already, even when I started using the search address button in the middle top of the page.

Homepage, FAQ, Roadmap. I think this was recently just added because I remember finding some kind of roadmap or vision for the website, and not finding one.

I have forwarded this to the Team. Will get you some response soon.

Upon forwarding your comment to the management, they provided the following information:

Quote
#1. How is OmniSee different from AML checkers (AMLBot etc.)

▎ Thanks for the question — it made it clear that the distinction wasn't obvious. We added a "Why OmniSee?" section to the homepage with a comparison table against Chainalysis / AMLBot / mempool.space. Short
▎ version: AML checkers give you a binary "dirty/clean" + score with no explanation. OmniSee shows why — an AI breakdown of address behavior (fan-out, peel chains, coinjoin links, report sources), a visual
▎ transaction graph, and common-input-ownership clustering. It's an investigation tool, not a traffic light.

▎ Fixed. Moved AI analysis to an async job queue:
  ▎ - POST /api/address/{addr}/analyze/start returns a job_id immediately (HTTP 202)
  ▎ - Frontend polls GET /api/analyze/status/{job_id} every 2.5s
▎ - Worker runs the LLM in the background with a 240s ceiling, result cached in Redis for 1 hour
  ▎
▎ 524 is now structurally impossible — the client request never holds longer than milliseconds. A live progress indicator with an elapsed timer is shown ("AI is analyzing on-chain behavior… 47s elapsed").

  ---
#3. Graph broke on heavy addresses (269+ tx)

▎ Previously there was a single "Transaction Graph" button with hardcoded defaults, and users had no idea it would hit a Cloudflare timeout on busy addresses. Replaced it with 3 presets right on the address
  ▎ page:
  ▎
  ▎ - Light — 1 hop × 10 tx, ~5s (for big/well-known addresses)
  ▎ - Standard — 2 hops × 25 tx, ~30s (reveals one-hop counterparties)
  ▎ - Deep — 2 hops × 100 tx, 1–3 min (deep flow tracing on busy addresses)
  ▎
▎ All three go through the async-task pattern: /graph/{addr}?hops=N&max_txs=M spawns a background build and serves a progress page with polling and ETA. No more browser-side timeouts.

  ---
#4. AI analysis good / "Desktop view" broken on mobile

▎ Thanks for the positive note on the AI analysis. On mobile: we added a hamburger menu to the header (previously navigation just hid below 768px with no replacement, so it was unclear where to tap). If you
▎ meant something else — please share more detail on the scenario where the view breaks (device, "Request desktop site" on/off, what content gets clipped) and we'll fix it specifically.

  ---
#6. No "return to homepage" button

▎  Added  Home to the header — first item in the nav on every page.

  ---
  #7. Roadmap + monetization

▎ Published /roadmap — split into NOW / NEXT / LATER with concrete items already in flight vs planned. Monetization is explained there too: current model is free for core usage + paid for heavy/bulk operations
▎ (deep graphs, batch API, historical snapshots).

I'm glad to read that my concerns were addressed in #4 and #6 by the Omnisee.io team. Thanks for that.

As for the issue on Desktop view, it's not that it's broken. It just lags and drags to navigate the site while viewing it on mobile phone with its setting to desktop. That's what I meant there. That was why I asked earlier if any other user could check it out too to ascertain if the cause was from my phone or not.

NB: I noticed there's no #5 in your numbering.

I am assuming the number 5 might not yet be relevant for the forum to know, or it may need to be rechecked with the team. There are some things which are better kept hidden until there is concrete backing behind them. Our Manager knows how to promote and what information should be shared, which might be the reason why he accepted what was forwarded to him or asked the team for more clarification on point 5.

Showing a full sized desktop interface on such a tiny hand held cell display is easily going to put it to the limit. When providing their services to visitors, they are likely to be faced with lags whenever using the site depending on the type of smartphone they are using. The development crew might also be required to ensure the site loads faster to better optimize the services and robustness of the site to enable users with low spec phones to browse through the entire webpage.

What kind of lag?BTW.. lags are not dependent on the kind of device a user is using. Lags generally come when the server cannot handle too many requests. Website loading and lag are both different entities. In 2026, it is easy to control platform loading, whereas it is hard to control lag, as many factors can contribute to it. The platform loads quite fast, but the server tends to ignore sometime that it needs to fetch data. The reason cannot be explained by watching it alone. The team needs to know how to handle it and write code depending on the hosting infrastructure they are using.

That’s correct. Not everyone has access to a high end smartphone, so encountering a heavy desktop interface can indeed make the site slower than it should be, which of course would definitely make navigation quite frustrating. So to combat this, a lighter mobile friendly version should would be what is needed to improve accessibility and overall user experience.

Yes, that is one I was suggesting if the team can add it to the FAQ page. I understand the FAQs are shown in collapsible cards, but there are so many infos on that page that you have to scroll down, and then coming up is a pain as you have to again scroll up. A back-to-top button solves that problem instantly.

It might be a good addition on the website, it might take them some times if they are actually reading information in FAQs, but the scroll down might be a little overkill feature  Grin but i would want it to most of the website as long as It might not cause some lag to the website or my pc.

Also, I'm experiencing some Gateway time-out Error code 504 right now, trying to reload the website, and it's still not going through. Are there any issues right now?

It seems fine right now. I have just tried playing around with the service on multiple browsers. Both Chrome, Firefox, and Mullvad browser work just fine.
The service tends to get a bit slower depending on how much data it needs to display. When I fed it addresses that didn't have too much on-chain activity, it's fast. I then tried with a random address that had thousands of transactions and that's when it needs more time. All of that is normal, though.

Yes, I also made attempt to access it with the help of Chrome, and all was fine. This probably is as result of your problem with your internet connection. Cloudflare sometimes block some internet connections that it considers to be unsafe. Hopefully, you will soon have a resolved issue.
