Hi all,

I'm just leaving this here if anyone is interested in testing the ShadowPulse extension faucet for a few days. It is a browser extension that functions as an alternative recognition tool to the Merit system, created by the Founder of (BPIP) the Bitcointalk Public Information Project - Vod.

Some cool extension features:

- You can leave recognition to a post without using merit or without having any merit to send
- 100% anonymous extension, your +Pulse activity is not tied to your bitcointalk.org account at all
- Allows you to change the theme/color scheme of the forum to dark mode or other colors as well
- Provides a small and simple bitcoin price ticker (Binance)
- Hourly faucet chance to trigger when you +Pulse posts and browse Bitcointalk
- You can play a game to multiply your bitcoin faucet winnings
- Allows you to set a custom withdrawal bitcoin address for cashing out bitcoin from your ShadowPulse account

Daily testing information:

- I have access to tools Vod gave me that will tell me the specific minute in the hour that the faucet will trigger upon +Pulsing a post
- If you are willing to help out, look for the minute I've posted here in this thread, in the reply under the OP, and watch out for the ShadowPulse logo on your screen to flash
- Please post here if you won the faucet in any specific minute, or send me a PM if you need help installing
- You can keep the satoshis in your ShadowPulse account you get
- Testing, and faucet trigger minute announcements, will take place throughout the date in the reply under the OP while I'm at my PC
- Active testing, and faucet trigger minute announcements, will be marked by a 🟢 for active, and a 🔴 for inactive, in the subject of the OP
- Refresh this topic every so often if you are interested in testing, and testing is live, so you can catch the updates in the reply under this OP.


Faucet Chances

How it works: Install the ShadowPulse extension, visit BitcoinTalk, and click +Pulse on posts you like. Every hour a secret minute is chosen — the first pulse after that minute triggers a 60-second flashing gold claim window. Be fast. Be first.

Please keep in mind: Try not to post any of your ShadowPulse account information when posting in this thread — or anywhere else on the forum for that matter. Anonymity of the user is a very integral part of the extension and it's goals.

Hey, you weren't here from the start, so you may not know I moved the support topic from here to PD.    This could probably be moved to B&H since it has nothing to do with the forum.     In any case, I've updated the working version to the appropriate stores.  Chrome has 250+ users that should be notified their extension is now working again - it was broken for a few weeks now.

The title could be catered better to Beginners so their first reply isn't "WTF is a ShadowPulse I want bitcoin!".

What features of SP would interest newbies?  They can pulse right away without earning merit.  They can earn bitcoin which may be substantial and/or significant to them.   A lot of them are new and don't yet have a bitcoin ticker on their desktop, etc etc. 

Newbies may see "looking for testers" as a scam attempt.  Try licking your boob for inspiration, but I appreciate you doing this since I don't have time atm.

Installed and tried it. This is way too cool, and I think I found a way not to check now and then to Coingecko, CMC, or even Binance with the built-in price source. Is pulse power only available at 1, or will you get it as well and work like the forum merit system? Not gonna lie, hooked with that faucet thing for BTC, it was a thing in the past, and that's kinda interesting tbh.

You can pulse as often as you want. Your power is how much your pulse affects the popularity of the post/thread/board.  Your pulse power also multiplies the bitcoin you receive from the faucet.   If you are in the top 80% of activity each period, your power can be upgraded by 10% (x1.1)
