I am not a guru nor an analyst that you are thinking. But there is that much hope for bitcoin. Do not be a negative thinker just because the price doesn't go well for now. The time of recovery is going to come soon but we don't know when, so keep holding as the time of recovery will eventually come but we have to survive on this bear market and it's also unknown when it will end.

I think the real question is what is OP actually buying because he didn’t specify and simply just put said crypto and if it’s all this alts coins then I will understand his statement but if it is bitcoin that OP had actually invested in two years ago then yes there have been dips but his statement of the “money invested is no where to be found” is definitely wrong and incorrect because last two years ago bitcoin wasn’t at $70k yet at this period of time and that been the case OP is still even in profit at the current market price,

To be more precise we entered into a bear market is just one year, last year was the last year of bitcoin in the bitcoin cycle, so I don't know how and am counting two years of bitcoin decline.

I don't know why you are complaining so much about Bitcoin's price, but maybe you didn't invest only what you could afford to lose. That may be why you are so disturbed. If you invested more than you could afford to lose, I would say that was a very bad decision.Bitcoin's current price is not even that low. $500 seems like a lot to you, I believe that you should have DCA using $50 in every week, this will make you take the advantage of the market, but it's not too late.

You can still use DCA method but slowly buy some Bitcoin when you can compare to going into Bitcoin with big amount of money like what you did before.

Also make sure you are focusing on the future, your Bitcoin won't bring you big money right now because we are still in a bear market and it can take a long time before we go into bull market again, you need patience to get the best out of Bitcoin investment.

There are causes for this, but you can blame people who gambled in shitcoins and encouraged others to do the same. Most have lost a lot of money, which has made the appeal of shitcoins disappear. Don't be too worried about how long the dip is going to last because when you focus on the dip then you won't be able to invest in Bitcoin appropriately since you'll be concerned if your investment will continue to dip. Invest in Bitcoin like the future is going to be bright because from the past experience the future of Bitcoin has always been better than the past hence the price you currently see today will not be the price that Bitcoin will be at in the future.
