One way to know when will Bitcoin take off again is seeing historical chart. Bearish accumulation usually last around 500d if I'm not mistaken, showing sign of bullishness near the next halving, probably few months before halving take place.
If using the historical chart data, we'd be seeing sign of another bullrun at around Q3 or Q4 of 2027. Bitcoin is cyclical so I think this assumption is valid unless proven otherwise. Good time if you wanna DCA.

Although there is a general idea of historical cycles, each cycle has had a varying impact on macroeconomic factors, regulation and sentiment. Therefore I'm not solely using the halving timeline. My preferred option, if I have a long-term outlook on Bitcoin's future, is to do this through DCA and steadily build up my position over time. If it goes down for more than it should, then I find myself more opportunities to purchase it at a lower price but not trying to time the market.

We can't predict bitcoin both long and short term and no nobody knows when this current market down trend is going to stop, but for long time bitcoin investors there is hope since bitcoin is low now it can high in the years to come also those who invested with what they can afford losing wouldn't shake while those who are there for short time gain will definitely be shaking and even selling in lost because some will be afraid that the price will continue to go dip. It’s obvious the OP doesn’t have much knowledge about bitcoin before investing in it, and that’s why I do tell people to always take their time to learn about bitcoin before investing it, because if you don’t have proper knowledge about it, you might just end up regretting why you invested in it, which is what’s happening to OP already. If you want to invest in bitcoin, it should be done with your spare money so that you will be able to hold for long term, don’t invest any amount which you going to use within a short period of time.

If you are investing, make sure you have a long term mentality, bitcoin investment is not for people that are after quick profit, you going to regret if you have that kind of mentality. The OP should just keep on holding the bitcoin if he hasn’t sold it yet, bitcoin price is going to bounce back even if it’s going to take some time.

This has driven many afar from current updates because the little money you put in is nowhere to be found. To my end I lost fate buying more when the little $500 I invest was not sustain because of this irreversible deepening. As far as I understand from reading your question, you want quick profit. But honestly, if you think about quick profit from crypto, you will not be able to make profit. If you invest in Bitcoin, then you have to be patient and in this case you can invest in Bitcoin at any time, but if you think that the price of Bitcoin will decrease and you want to buy Bitcoin at that low price, then in that case you can adopt DCA strategy, in this case you do not have to wait for the deep market and you do not have to be afraid. When it comes to investing in any coin, if you follow the DCA method, you won't have to worry too much about the movement of that coin, but you will be safe in any situation of the market.

I think that now no one can say what will happen next in terms of bitcoin price growth.
ETF outflows have already shown the worst dynamics, minus 100k. FED policy and the concept of what the Warsh already is.
The tariff wars and the conflict between the United States and Iran continue. But there are also positive aspects, such as the possible early adoption of Clarity, and the fact that Japan wants to create its own bitcoin ETF system, which will attract additional funds.
Also, if you technically look at the chart, you can understand that we are already at the bottom, and this bottom has already been tested several times, and this inspires hope in me personally.
