I am a bit confused with title and what you wrote. But I will assume you are talking about trading. Yes trading is a very risky and it's not everyone that can venture into it. It requires lots of understanding, knowledge, and good mindset before you can begin to trade. Jumping into trade blinding can cause you to lose a lot of money. Trading isn't really that bad , as long you are doing what right and not over trading or chasing losses. The easier and less risky way to profit from Bitcoin is through buying periodically and holding for a long period of time. The benefit of investing is that you can start with little amount of you are a low income earner, and you can compound it especially if you are accumulating consistently. Sure , Bitcoin isn't the only way someone can make money from, there are also other forms of investment that you can venture into like stock, gold or starting a business. What do I mean by that?
Let's assume a person who is impatient, lacks knowledge, ignores advice, and is unwilling to learn is destined to become a successful business owner. Even if success is within that person's reach, those negative qualities can still cause the business to fail drastically.
Now, if that same person decides to go into Bitcoin investing, there is a high chance they will struggle there as well. At that point, it is no longer about the business or the investment itself; it is about the person's habits and character. If they do not address those weaknesses, they may continue moving from one opportunity to another without finding success.

Another thing I love about this post is that you highlighted how many people enter Bitcoin investing simply because others are doing it.
On the other hand, imagine someone with the right qualities: patient, disciplined, willing to learn, and open to advice. gat your point, buy in my own thoughts people who usually regretting investing in bitcoin are not a long-term investors, they are sometimes either trader or gambler who enter the market just like that without proper awareness. Bitcoin has consistently shown his value over time despite its volatility. Those that approaches the bitcoin with thier patience and long-term mindset usually understand that fluctuations is part of the bitcoin investment normally.
