Poverty been systematic design by the government isn't a good idea

Its not usually an actual deliberate policy, its indirect its a mistake that somehow the government benefits from weakening the country and making some especially dependant on it for support.  

  Never attribute to malice that which is sufficiently explained by incompetence.  The most common theme with government is a good intention that has horrible consequences and lasting damage at great cost.    The other more obvious cause of poverty generally is war and division within a country where the harm can be deliberate, but I would describe that as military activity more then mal governance especially.

Let's say poverty is orchestrated by men who are in power positions. How do they do this? Through populism (panem et circenses).

However, populism isn't enforced to anyone. It's a manipulative strategy to control the masses, but the masses decide being part of it after all.

Free will plays a big role here. So, poverty isn't only orchestrated by men. It's willingly embraced by the poor class. If people in general just gave a big no to the media, political class and all of their agents, it would be possible to overcome poverty and pursue better life conditions for society as a whole.

Manipulation at political level is contributing to poverty. When leaders use populism, people become focused on small term benefit instead of looking for  deeper causes of economic hardships. Having freewill is ok but it does not provide equal opportunities for everyone or same resources to make better choices.

People who are born into poor families have to go through poor education system, they have limited employment opportunities and their healthcare is not good. They have to face difficult economic conditions from start of their life. Even if that type of person rejects political propaganda, still skipping poverty is very difficult for him. Individuals have responsibility to make their circumstances better whenever possible but personal responsibility should not be used to ignore the problems in system. For poverty to be overcome, it requires both sides to work, people need to make good and wise decisions and demand better leadership, and government should create opportunities for them.

Poverty been systematic design by the government isn't a good idea I really think we shouldn't blame the government always in a society filled with global and digital opportunities despite blaming the government always we still have rich and wealthy people in the society . Come to think of it people who end up becoming rich has the poorest story background probably not all but majority of the great men we have started from the bottom even the government we all blame today are individuals who worked their way out to success and greatness

         tho, poverty is an economic and global disaster in a society but I see it as a state of the mind . there's always a saying the poor man mentality who an individual is and will become depends on the mind I always see the mind as the general key to success define who an individual truly is the question we should be asking ourselves is how far an individual ready to walk his or her way to greatness despite the bad governance any one can be the best version of themselves doesn't matter the government or neither their policies individuals should be consistent in working hard and also working hard towards the way they think

Everything you said is true but not entirely true either. Indeed, mindset and hard work are the main determining factors for people to get out of poverty. Like you said out there many successful people started from scratch because they took advantage of technological development opportunities like today, combined with hard work. But this is only a part of it, so on a national scale it can be said that this is a failure of the system because it is the responsibility of the country's leadership to help its people get out of poverty.

When a bad government doesn’t completely shut down someone’s desire to succeed as long as they can stay consistent, disciplined, and think long-term to achieve success. However, if in a country there is still widespread poverty, the government should be blamed and we should also suspect that maybe they are deliberately keeping their people poor. Sometimes poverty is intentionally designed systematically to control the population through minimum wages, inflation, taxes, education, banking regulations and all of this can make things worse or keep people living in poverty. Even if some manage to escape poverty it’s only a small portion.

Poverty is not an accident but a systematic design by the government. To keep people under control. Government control minimum wage, inflation, taxation and education. All these can be used to orchestrate the poverty. If you think I am lying, look around you.

Banks charge the poor and give the wealthy leverage. Is that not one angle poverty is by design. The education system teaches you to be employees not entrepreneurs. Religion too has been used to control people.

Bitcoin came as a way to destabilize the system. Let's be honest with ourselves, can anyone point out in history where poverty is naturally occuring or by design?

A little truth in what you said, what the Government do is to make sure the economy look very bad by inflicting more poverty to the country so the people will continue to be submissive in what ever they do or say. In th other hand the reason why some people still remain poor is cause by them, most men are lazy to work, if the Government can't provide any job opportunities there are other things to do to earn a living, people still go into agriculture so to have food products that they can sell out. We can blame Government in one side and also blame our self for not getting our self rich by start a small lucrative business or start up an investment with the little money with us with out waiting to have huge amount of money first to start up anything.
