What happened:: created an account and successfully completed the full KYC verification process.

After verification, I made two deposits of 120 USDT each, for a total of 240 USDT.

I then placed several bets on League of Legends events and managed to increase my balance to approximately 632 USDT through normal betting activity.

When I attempted to withdraw 300 USDT, my account was suddenly closed and I was informed that I had violated the Terms of Service. However, no specific reason, evidence, or explanation was provided regarding the alleged violation.

As for you, i checked you already posted on their ann thread so i suggest you to follow the scam format and include proof of your account there, deposits, chat logs, and etc.

The support agent has mentioned about the detection of improper usage. If we look into the terms of Acebet, then it is mentioned under the fraudulent activity clause of their terms. However, I think the issue is related to your bets on the eSports event. Maybe they were referring to the usage of some techniques which helped you to get advantages at the eSports event.

I could be wrong though. You may submit a complaint at CasinoGuru as you aren't going to get any response from them here.

All of my bets were placed on major professional League of Legends competitions that are publicly available to anyone. I did not use any software, insider information, delayed streams, bots, multiple accounts, or any other method that could provide an unfair advantage.

I would genuinely like to understand how Acebet believes I could have obtained an advantage by betting on major League of Legends matches that were open to the public and widely covered by official broadcasts.

Furthermore, Acebet has not provided any evidence or specific explanation regarding the alleged violation. Simply referring to "improper usage" or "fraudulent activity" without supporting evidence is not sufficient justification for closing an account and withholding funds.

As I have been unable to obtain a clear answer from Acebet, I have now submitted a formal complaint with CasinoMeister and have also escalated the matter to the Anjouan Gaming Board, requesting an independent review of the case.

I mean casinos talking about whatever techniques is such a joke every single time. If a player had such great techniques and was so sure he had an advantage and can win easy, wouldn't he bet more instead of betting peanuts for a couple of hundreds? On stake betting these nonsense sports you can bet thousands and it's not even an issue.
Which kind of action would give a player and advantage anyway? We are talking about casinos that already have a huge house edge, especially when it comes to VIG in sports betting.

I was going to ask you about that. What exactly did they tell you? Didn't they explain the reasons that made them accuse you of the violation? In addition, why didn't they just freeze the withdrawal instead of closing the account completely? What about the $240 that you deposited? Did they allow you to withdraw it?

These charges of "improper use" or "fraudulent activity" are vague charges used by casinos when they do not have sufficient evidence and are not actually a legal justification.

Most of the casinos will not disclose the actual reason why they have to suspend a user. They have pointed out to their TOS and so, that gives you an idea of which part of that improper usage you've hit them as a red flag. Anyway, they said that it's a final decision and it cannot be altered anymore. While there can be other casinos that can disclose the main reason behind that but, the majority of them simply don't give the actual evidence.

Apart from askgamblers, I suggest OP also look into lcb.org. I found out about them months ago when someone who had issues with nitrobetting claimed that their case got resolved after submitting a complaint on lcb.org. That being said, I am not sure if they accept sports betting related cases, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

But solving such a complex issue on the forum is more complicated. Nowadays gambling sites don't want to respond to forum allegations. There are many reasons behind it, including fake allegations, but it is not limited to. So our hope is to be only mediators for such cases, because gambling sites don't want to share insider data publicly, but they could share it with mediators.

I will advise raising concern with all the mediators and include links on the post. So forum users could see the status of what's going on there. Also, OP should edit the main threads, including all the information, by following the scam accusation format. So it will be easy to understand the real situation.

There are several factors which may help the user to get an advantage from the sportsbook. Especially if there are any issues with the sportsbook odds feed API. Anyway, there could be a completely different reason for OP's account blockage.

Yep, CasinoGuru usually rejects the complaints related to sports betting. But I can see that the Acebet team has explained the sports betting related ban reason in a complaint at CasinoGuru before it was rejected by them: AceBet Casino - Player's account has been closed.
So, there is a little chance for OP to know the actual reason behind the account closure.

They never explained what I supposedly did wrong, they kept my 240 USDT deposit, and eventually stopped replying to me in live chat and support

Have you tried submitting a complaint to lcb.org(I suggested it before in my previous post)? It's a mediator website just like casimomeister or casino.guru. I am not sure if they accept sports betting related cases, but it wouldn't hurt to try.
