Spectre (SPX) is a proof-of-work privacy blockchain built as a Monero-based fork, extending UTXO privacy with a native protocol-level permission system for DeFi-style operations.

🔧 What Spectre is

Spectre removes smart contracts entirely and replaces them with deterministic protocol rules.

Instead of arbitrary execution:

* All DeFi actions are enforced at consensus level
* Applications never take custody of user funds
* Permissions are handled through scoped app-keys

🔐 Core Features

* Monero-based privacy (RingCT, stealth addresses, ring signatures)
* RandomX proof-of-work (CPU mining)
* UTXO + DeFi overlay architecture
* Protocol-level escrow system
* Permission-based app-key system
* No smart contracts

🧩 App-Key System

Users generate application-specific keys that define:

* Allowed transaction types
* Spending limits
* Revocation control

Apps cannot access main wallet keys and cannot exceed defined permissions.

💰 DeFi Model

DeFi functionality is implemented directly in the protocol:

* Escrow locking
* Timeout-based settlement
* Category-restricted execution rules

All logic is enforced by consensus, not external contracts.

⚙️ Current Status

* Core chain: in development
* RandomX mining: functional
* Wallet system: in progress
* Testnet: coming soon

🎯 Goal

Spectre aims to combine:

Privacy (Monero-style) + controlled DeFi execution without exposing user funds to applications or smart contracts.

👷 Looking for

* Testnet miners
* Node operators
* Security testers
* Protocol feedback

Dont fall for this obvius scam, spectre already have been launch, this is  probably is the same  "dev" of xmrx crypto stealer, he is not even bothering to buy a domain, nor even make a github, now he tries to make you download his malware directly on discord.
