Fenerbahçe has announced Ismail Kartal as its new head coach. This will be Ismail Kartal’s fourth stint with Fenerbahçe. Although he was previously let go because he failed to win the championship despite breaking records with Fenerbahçe in the league, he was apparently seen as the best option after José Mourinho and Tedesco. The funny thing about this Guirassy and 35 million deal is that, Fenerbahce spend as much as Galatasaray spent on Osimhen, but on multiple strikers, and none of them gave even half of what Osimhen brings to the table.

Guirassy if he scores a lot is a good deal and 10 million a year for a player that can do 30+ goals a season in all competitions (league + ucl or europa + cup) would be of course normal and accepted, that's like cheap if you consider how many goals, and if you add assists, maybe reach like 40 g/a all season long on a good year.

However, the doubt there is that Guirassy would actually reach that, because while he is good, he may not be THAT good anymore and he may not reach that, and that's the worry that fans have.

I hope the teams don’t sign players who will almost exhaust their limited budgets in just one or two seasons. Although the Super League is a league that’s growing in terms of budget, attracting world-class “star” players to this league is still financially risky.

Apparently Guirassy is yet to prove himself, nobody knows what the upcoming season holds, Galatasaray can boast of Victor Osimhen's goal scoring ability and I think a lot of people can also attest to the fact that Guirassy was a very excellent striker for Borussia Dortmund in the bundesliga where he used to play, but we can only wait to see what happens this season between these two players, am sure this season is going to an exciting one in the Turkish super league because the two biggest teams in league are gearing up for this season's campaign.
