Crypto-Games.io - 1750 USDT Withdrawal Delayed & Support Ignoring Me (ID: 206689

Hi everyone,

I am writing this post to alert the community and hopefully get the attention of the Crypto-Games.io representative here. The platform is currently withholding my funds and completely ignoring all my communication.

Here are the details of my pending withdrawals:
- Transaction ID 206047: 250.00 USDT (Submitted on 05/27/2026) - Status: PENDING
- Transaction ID 206374: 500.00 USDT (Submitted on 05/28/2026) - Status: PENDING
- Transaction ID 206689: 1000.00 USDT (Submitted on 05/29/2026) - Status: PENDING
Total amount delayed: 1,750.00 USDT

I have checked my account details carefully:
1. Rollover: I have checked the rollover section. My funds are NOT locked by any active bonus requirements.
2. Support: I have tried contacting support via Live Chat multiple times, but I receive absolutely no response.
3. Email: I sent an official email to their support address, but it has been completely ignored as well.

I have not received any requests for KYC (identity verification) or any explanation as to why my withdrawals are being held for so many days. It seems like the platform is using delaying tactics, hoping I will cancel the withdrawals.

I am attaching a screenshot of my transaction history as proof.

Crypto-Games team, please review my account and process my withdrawals immediately. I will update this thread as soon as I receive any response or if the status changes.

This site crypto-games.io hasn't a representation in bitcointalk forum. I can'y find too much about this casino except a poor rating in trustpilot and 13 complaints resolved in askgambler out of 19 total complaints with only 6 unresolved cases, but most of them are quite old and the casino doesn't seem to pay that much to them. However I saw official representative respond to complaints. Why don't you use askgambler to post your complaint? Without a representation here, we can't help you that much. But keep this thread alive and update it frequently. Also you should better attach some screenshots to confirm your complaints with real proofs.

Just like the previous member has said they do not have any representative here on this platform and I will advise you to move this thread to the scam accusations board. Where you can get swift actions from concerned members as this is not the right board to make this post. Also there is a member here by the user ID holydarkness who I think can be of great help to you. You can pm him explaining yourself better so he can be able to take up your case to the casino and making sure it is resolved.
