Despite claims by the Kaduna State Government that it has made significant progress in tackling banditry, armed bandits on Friday night attacked a mosque in Unguwan Namama village, Giwa Local Government Area, killing one worshipper and abducting several others.

The rate at which these bandits are killing people is very uncalled for, these people who are dying on daily bases are innocent Nigerians. However I feel the federal government of Nigeria is not putting enough effort to ensure the security of Nigerians, because this is not what ordinary Nigerians can fight.

At this point i cant boldly say no where is safe in this country anymore, the kidnapping, killing and all sort of things going on and the Government will not do anything about it. Where is the humanity? Human life’s are not really important to these people that claim to be governing us. School isn’t safe, market , mosque and even churches. the so called bandits just go to those places and carry out the operation and get away with it and even make videos demanding ransom from the government just imagine what our country has become!! The best thing one can do for him self is to prepare ahead because they always take people unaware.
And the government don't even care about protecting our life’s and properties all that is concerning them is how to condo election and win it by all means necessary

I really don't know what to say about the insecurity in the country any more, everyday people are dying and children are being kidnapped ,hunger and starvation are in the Land , we're not even talking about that for now, we just wan to be safe with our empty stomach. But the government is unserious with the security situation all because of politics of 2027.

There's so many attacks in the country , today we're still talking about the Oyo state children that were adducted over two weeks now, the security agencies are still unable to rescue them to their parents. The way the killings and kidnapping is spreading through out this country now is beyond expectations and  It's clear now to everyone that didn't understand before that these terrorist are not targeting specific region or religion. And surely there are people in the government  that are supporting and benefiting from this acts or either, the oppositions are the people that are fuelling the banditory, because in the situations of many countries, insecurity is one of the  major problem that usually use against the people in the power.

These are some of the reasons why the terrorists are acting like that they over power our government. If care is not taking it may be hard for another regime to fight insecurity in this country.

My greatest surprise is while the Nigeria government is doing nothing to provide solution to this heartbreaking incidents instead all they are interested at is hijacking power in the forth coming elections. 
With the way things are going now I will say all need to stand to provide the security needed because the Nigerian government i know now can never do anything to provide lasting solution to this insecurity challenge affecting Nigeria now. Is it that there is an open slaughter market for bandits to just arbitrarily kill Nigerians without any reprisal attack from the Nigerian military, because this killings have gone on for too long unabated. We are still battling with the school children and teachers that were abducted in Oyo State, now another killings is happening again in kaduna, we all need to rise up as citizens else who just sit down and allow these people slaughter us one after the other without any form of defence. The way the country has become it is best we start Gun licensing for citizens, at least there should be Gun shops in every major cities with strict regulation, because it's already looking like the military are overwhelmed, so it's better the citizens protect themselves.

I am just disappointed at the leadership style of the current administration led by Amed Bola Tinubu. Of course we after he became the president he claim to be his turn, that's how everything turned upside down. When you have leader that prefer money than human life what do you expect. Nigeria is becoming terrifying as the day goes by and people traveling and walking on the streets are no longer safe due to fear of the unknown, one might leave home and coming back is not guarantee and it's scary. The most annoying part of all the insecurity in the country is when the government has not made any efforts to confront this terrorist instead they go on to negotiate with them giving them more strength and audacity to carry out their evil plans without fear, they even go as far as not covering their faces and making videos yet the government is silent.

With the level of killings and kidnapping in the country now, I believe the government is sponsoring it and they are using it as a means to get pity votes for themselves, some children was abducted on children day May 27th, 2026 and has been in detention for 2weeks  now and the president hasn't said a word about it, his actions speaks louder than words and sends a signal that he is sponsoring this course if not why can't he declare war on this people and take them out?, Nigeria is bleeding.

Those people are so heartless and they don't have conscious, what will they gain by killing innocent people. Nigeria is becoming something else, it is no longer save for the people. I wonder if the government is going to stay silent forever. They have to do something about it, or is it because is those people are not their family? But we suppose to be one Nigeria living in peace and unity.
