For me, one character of a gambler who might survive long term is someone who actually tracks his wins and losses. Not just remembering the big wins, but also counting the losses, checking the net profit or loss, and trying to see if there is really improvement.

Personally, I don't track what I spend on entertainment, or food etc. Just pay my bills, rent, everything, pay my loans (biggest part of my life for a long time). Save as much as possible, don't spend unnecessarily.

Yes, you wont be keeping up records because you dont mind much about it because one thing that you do have in mind is that you would really be needing up to play to win something and also we are already that somewhat anticipating that we are losing money in the end and whats the point on having those records in the first place? I think that's a lot of work for me. Trying to remember and keep track records of my wins and losses. I don't think I can do that. Will just give up, because that's too tasking.

I don't think I can't forget my loosing days and only think of my moments of joy, nope. While I win, I also know I have lost enough. I believe gamblers should be able to tell if they have had more wins than losses in there gambling experience and vise versa.

I do not need to track or to have a detailed record of my wins and losses because I take it simple as I do not want to take as a complicated thing.
I have separated wallet for my gambling activity so it is easier for me to manage my gambling activity without making any records or track.
As long as my gambling activity is not affecting my other funds, means that I'm still fine with it.

Personally, I feel there is no need for that I barely keep record of my winings talk more of losses. Although sometimes the record might be very necessary especially for those that doesn't have self control. with this method of recoding their losses they can be able to know how much they are losing and then compare it with their winings and see if it is worth it or not, if it's not worth it then they will have to limit from gambling.

But since I know that I'm not affected by the loses I incured i see keeping record as a waste of time I mean it's not necessary because that alone is another big task.
