Perhaps you don't need to track your wins and losses if you stake an amount of money that you can afford to lose. But there is one thing that's certain as a Gambler and that's the fact that you cannot win In the long run.
The only reason for me that I feel a gambler should try his wins and losses is actually when that gambler is a high roller and bettor since they is a level he will reach that he will need to keep his habits in check since emotions and other factors like frequent losses can make you do crazy things with your gambling session and maybe go all in at some cases when you have felt that the losses are big and the worst part is that even that move won't help you out as the possible result that will arise with such move is purely still more losses.
There is no way to ignore the house edge of casino or bookie. And this will cost you like other entertainment elements at the end of the day. Sometimes if you are lucky it is possible to win a few bets in a row, I mean possible to keep a winning streak. But if there is no rock hard discipline, it is possible for very few bettors to stay profitable in the long run at the casino.
