Summary of my experience:

January 2026: purchased DBALL via official widget using DOGE, Dogechain (EVM bridge) and Solana

All payments: confirmed on-chain (Dogecoin explorer, Dogechain EVM explorer, Solscan)

DOGEBALL dashboard: only failed/expired orders, no token credit, no refund

Several months of documented email exchange, full TXIDs provided

DOGEBALL response: "funds never arrived", "no resolution path", case closed

No invoice/payment-address records ever provided despite multiple requests

Formal complaint now filed with Berlin law enforcement.

Probably it is not a confirmed scam yet since it is a new project as I can't find too much reviews about it (only 2 reviews in trustpilot). But it can still turn to be a scheme of fraud. If it is a cnfirmed scam, I don't think that Berlin law enforcement can help you in your case.

How much amount did you lost?
Where did you find this project? I guess it is totally unknown in this community.

Officially, this project doesn't have a representation in bitcointalk forum, and I can't find its official channels too. The better you can do is to paste some screenshots and Tx links as proofs to valid your story.
