Heh, all betslips ruined on day 1

Not sure what to do now, had a winning betslip in Event 1 but odds were too low, this one would win a prize with literally any winning odds.
I feel that the strategy here, across all 15, might be to aim for the big odds though.

Congrats to goodpunt - Trofo's ticket lost so he's the only one with a winning betslip in Event #2.

I told you guys,,, Team WPRA is winning in every single event in World Cup from Jackpotter and Rainbet. Our team is the best.

As a bonus we also defeated the evil Croatians (not yet official).

But you are right,,, I think there is only one strategy to play in these events and it is to win big odds. I doubt @goodpunt strategy can be repeated because it is about favorites losing

You changed the currency  

It only shows you the bets in the currency you have selected. A bit strange I agree, and will happen to you often if you are betting in several currencies.

I thought that I missed the deadline for third round, but luckily I still have time to post my predictions.
First two rounds have not played the way I wanted but I am not giving up that easy, but I am trying to keep up with all spreadsheets and screenshots.

What a hard luck for me in the second event, I went through my bet picks and the only team that ruined it was Spain vs Cape Verde over 1.5 goals @ 1.09, If I had just ignored such a low odds, then I would have been on the podium for first or at the very least 2nd position.. I can't stop now, I've submitted yet another picks, this time around with all 12 teams playing for the round.

Fortunately I also scored 3 points from the questions....otherwise it would have been a bit weird to finish 2nd or 3rd despite winning the bet
I think 9 points on average should be enough to finish inside the top 5 in every round!

I think for us Asian guys this is 10pm from Japan and all the way earlier down to Europe, and in most USA it is morning time, I know I complain a few times about the current BSFL deadline but I'm really liking this 2pm forum time

These are basically Fifa deadlines, and BSFL is Champions League deadlines.

Damn man if i dont check it bad i lose the 5º position just in the tiebreak by a few minutes,maybe i count it bad but i believe we have 4 correct answers in the questions and the tiebreak decide all and since the Portuguese team score at the 6 minute and dumper have a lower minute beat me (and maybe a few guys more) its hard since i believe every point count in this competition.

Woah, Event #3 just started and we already have #4. I guess I might just fill it out soon, my bets on event #3 ended up losing anyway after Czech lost. This is one rough event, it all breaks down to the extra points from the betslip

I think 9 points on average should be enough to finish inside the top 5 in every round!

So thats like having half of the questions correctly then another 5-6x betslips to make sure you get yourself in top 5 huh, interesting.

We've barely started event 3 and event 4 is already posted! Keeping up with all these contests, fantasy and other promotions feels like a fulltime job. I can't imagine the amount of work being done behind the scenes by our contest organizers and I hope they are getting some time to sit back and enjoy watching the games as well.
For this round I decided to go with high odds, I figured with how things have been going whatever I pick will probably lose anyway, whether it's a 2.00 odds ticket or a 10.00 odds ticket, so I might as well go for the high payout! I'm still scoreless after the first two events but I'm not giving up yet, there are still so many events and in a tournament structured like this, all you need is to hit one win to put yourself at the top to fight for the paying places. I hope this is the event where my luck changes.

Will be 6 of them in the group stages, then should be 3 for the R32, 2 for R16, 2 for QF and 1 for SF and the finals.
Basically comes down to an event every 3 days.

I think the strategy in events here if you can't win is just to aim for 4/5 prize individually weeks. Use the freebet and win again money to participate in future events And hope you get a nice week like @goodpunt in Event 2 lol

My event bets already lost,,, even worse, because almost no hope to win anything if you do not have a winning ticket, I am so bad at all the events for individuals,,, now my only hope is to use the good luck of my great team in Road for Glory

I think Round 1 was really a freaky coincidence. In Round 2 there was only 1 winning ticket and in Round 3 already 60% of the tickets are losing ones.

I'd say hitting odds of 3-4 and doing well on the questions will get you in prizes more often than not, but if you're aiming for the top 2 then yes - some big bets will probably be needed.
