What happened::
Hi,
I would like to post this thread as a alert for all asian players who are going to play in BK8, this casino advertise as most trusted asia casino meanwhile, they cleary cheating on winning customers. I'm one of them.
I deposited 3000RM by crypto, I made multiple bets and accumulated 13125RM, I didn't use any bonuses or illegal tactics, I simply placed bets and sometimes lost and sometimes won.
I decided to withdraw my balance to USDT so I made withdrawal request of 3292.53USDT trc20, 24hours passed and I didn't receive my crypto so I tried to login to check what is up.
Then I found out that my account has been suspended, they did not send any information through mail, nothing, so I contacted live chat support and asked what is up with my account.

I was told by live support that I breached their Terms of services and my account is suspended, my balance confiscated but they will let me to login once and withdraw RM2500 which is not even my full deposit. ( I'm not sure, maybe it is but anyway I can't check history because account is suspended)

I did not intend to cheat in their casino, I believe I did not break any ToS, my gameplay was completely normal, mostly esports bets but this is really unacceptable that casino who advertise as most trusted is cleary cheating on winning players by voiding their winnings after they request withdrawal. Most likely if I did not request withdrawal I could keep playing and lose all my balance, there would be no problem.

I also will post my complain on casinoguru, maybe they can help me with resolution but personally I would not recommend this casino to anyone.

I was told by live support that I breached their Terms of services and my account is suspended, my balance confiscated but they will let me to login once and withdraw RM2500 which is not even my full deposit. ( I'm not sure, maybe it is but anyway I can't check history because account is suspended)
They didn't specify which terms were broken? Anyway, regarding your deposit, can't you check the transaction history on whichever payment method you used?

Also, I suggest blurring your name on the screenshot you shared, for your own privacy. You should also send their representative a PM, so that in case they log in again, they can be informed about your issue.

They should be able to tell you which terms of service you breached and not just generalise everything. This is where support staff sometimes suck and just keep giving chatbot-like responses. Anyway, Casinoguru might not help if the case is betting-related, as they don't handle such cases. Keep us updated, but in case Casinoguru does not help, you might as well try other platforms such as Askgamblers.

For that, OP, I'll ask you to refrain from reaching ADR, so I can try to deescalate the matter without involving other parties. I also need to know if you've withdrawn the initial depo of 2,500 USD. If you haven't, DON'T. If you already have... then this case will become a bigger headache for me.

They didn't specify which terms were broken? Anyway, regarding your deposit, can't you check the transaction history on whichever payment method you used?
As you can read in the attached chat log, they didn't want to tell me the exact term. I don't remember from which wallet I made deposit request.
I also need to know if you've withdrawn the initial depo of 2,500 USD. If you haven't, DON'T. If you already have... then this case will become a bigger headache for me.
No I did not tell them to unlock account for withdrawal of 2500RM ( it's just MYR not USD), I was feeling the same might happen if I agree for a refund before making a complain.

No I did not tell them to unlock account for withdrawal of 2500RM ( it's just MYR not USD), I was feeling the same might happen if I agree for a refund before making a complain.

Be honest, probably holydarkness would help you since he has some good connections with a couple of casinos. Remember, he is just helping voluntarily; he isn't connected with the gambling sites. So don't force him always; just stay updated from this thread. Definitely, he will update when he has something to let you know.

So far since you haven't used any of their offers and bonuses, what terms have you broken? People cheating through multiple accounts for bonuses and offers, according to you, haven't used anything. It means there wasn't something wrong that needed to be identified. Let's wait for holydarkness if he is able to do something for you.

I did not use multiple accounts, I did not use their bonuses nor I did not abuse their system. My gameplay was fully clean and account verified, only what I suspect that one of their provider limited my stakes to just 10RM but still I was able to play in other sections and I could even lose all my balance still.
I won a lot about 10k RM so they simply don't like me and avoid paying

It's probably good to avoid playing as well until the whole issue is first resolved. To be honest, they need to be clear when it comes to breaches of terms of service. Generalising does not make sense at all.

Of course, when you asked about prove of showing the link profile they won't do that.
What is worse is that at times they don't mention what terms of service a user may have broken. If it's "multiaccounting" or "bonus abuse", let them just say so and not say, "Hey, we banned you because you went against our terms of service."
It totally makes no sense to the person being accused and the other people looking at the dispute.

Your decision and explanation are still unclear, as I played with various providers, I multiplied my balance, but I did not use any illegal or prohibited software or techniques, nor did I have multiple accounts on your platform.

This is clearly unfair practice, as I could have potentially continued playing and still lost my balance, and then I would never have known about it.

After doing this you should never call your casino the "most trusted brand" because you clearly cheated me out of my winnings and you can't even properly explain your actions.
If I have trouble getting winnings of just ~$2,400, what should someone expect if they win an even larger amount?

Do you mind sharing what esports bets you made with them? As you cant login, screenshots may not be possible so just the team/tournaments names as much as you can remember

Hope they were on T1 esports as otherwise books can just claim them to be suspicious and refuse to pay

When you just say that the account was blocked because it breached the terms of service. The terms of services are so broad and can create confusion or can even make people think that you are making this up. Stating the actual reason the account was blocked is good for a start.

Hope they were on T1 esports as otherwise books can just claim them to be suspicious and refuse to pay

I bet on various leagues not on T1 but also not on the darkest leagues or rigged matches. I played on casual t2 matches. I don't find it suspicious, I played same in other sportsbooks and they did not make any problems.

I'm really curious what mysterious terms did I break to get scammed for my winnings.

My apologies if my previous explanation wasn't adequate. Since account violation matters are not considered suitable for public consumption, I need more time to obtain clearance from the relevant department.

The account in question was flagged for abnormal betting behavior by the sports provider after just a few days of betting. There are multiple comments from the provider indicating the following:
- Linked/connected accounts
- Group/syndicate betting
- Arbitrage betting

Hence, the member is unwelcome at our brand, as we do not endorse this kind of behavior. It violates BK8's rules:
