BK8 Suspends Account after 3292USDT withdrawal

The account in question was flagged for abnormal betting behavior by the sports provider after just a few days of betting. There are multiple comments from the provider indicating the following:
- Linked/connected accounts
- Group/syndicate betting
- Arbitrage betting

I did not have any other accounts in BK8 and I also don't belong to any syndicate or group that manipulate outcomes of the events.
I did not use any software or made profits from arbitrage. My profits were made only on classic betting.

It’s been over a month (actually, it’ll be two months soon) since I’ve been waiting for holydarkness’s opinion and a resolution to my case.
As far as I know, BK8 didn’t provide holydarkness with sufficient evidence, so he couldn’t issue a final verdict.
In the meantime, however, I filed a complaint on Casinoguru, it was closed as unresolved with the verdict “Insufficient evidence from the casino.”
Since BK8 is unable to provide any credible evidence to support its allegations, this is a clear red flag that this practice of voiding winnings constitutes fraud.
I’ve noticed that many people are complaining about the same practice on Casinoguru.

Please do not make any deposits or play at BK8, as this company is fraudulent and ignores all attempts to resolve complaints fairly.

Hmm, yeah, they informed me weeks ago that they need greenlights for several evidences to be shared with me. I nudged them a couple of times for a follow ups and for the said evidence.

I'll put a neutral on their profile just to get people informed that there is an ongoing case against them, and will nudge them again.

It's terrible if they won't even share the evidence with platforms that are meant to help settle the dispute in a fair manner. What do they have to lose if they made the investigations and are very sure of the evidence indicating the person complaining is in the wrong? How are other people then supposed to know if the actions they took were fair or not?
If I were from the same region, I would avoid the casino.
