However, going forward, and for possible communication gaps in the future not to trigger any premature reaction, how about payments are escrowed? I’m sure everybody’s familiar with this. I’d even say this has been the recommended standard on the forum as far as Bitcoin transactions are concerned, including signature campaigns.

Thanks for your transparency, tx has been checked and payment has been received. A 24 hour delay is perfectly normal, especially since the team has already provided the reason.
Payments have always been made on time from May until now, 1x late is still understandable.
