"Peace be upon you. I hope all friends are doing well. I don't know whether this topic is accurate here or no but I would like to talk about climate change. I belong to a hilly area, and usually, the weather remains quite cold here even in summer it doesn't exceeds than 20 Centigrade. However, from the last few years it is not the same like it used to be in previous years. So, I want to ask what could be the reason behind it? Is it urbanisation, deforestation, or both? I feel that deforestation has a major impact on climate change. Real estate developers have built housing societies everywhere. Floods have also increased significantly due to this very reason." I think that there is similar threads concerning climate change. How ever this is the reality that we have been faced with over the past years we have seen a change in the weather conditions across the world. We have seen rise of water Levels which is the reason we are seeing flooding across the world especially for cities close to water bodies. The reality is that climate change is one thing that we are face with as a planet the sonner we take actions to metigate the effect of climate change the better for us.

But the problem when it comes to climate change, is s that leaders of major countries, which are contributing the most when it comes to emission of these green house gases which is the major cause of the depletion of the ozone layer which protects the earth from excessive rays of the sun, are not committed in implementing the resolutions of major international agreements that has been signed.

If there is rapid urbanization in your area, it could be the reason. The temperature in the areas that houses are not plenty is lower that where houses are plenty. But if the temperature increased everywhere in your area, it is the global warming if it persists like this every year.

Like I said deforestation can cause it, also industries, cars, lorries and other things used for transportation can cause it, also pollutants like Sulfur hexafluoride and methan from the industries can cause itbeven more than CO2.

When I was young, I could even play basketball in summer in a scorchng heat. We lived in a tropical country, and there was no record that the temperature hit 37, but now even if you are inside your house, you can still feel the heat.
Our country recorded 40-47 temperature which is enough to burn you.

Climate change is now creating a big impact on how we live and how it affects our economy because of drought, and the water levels are going down. It's a big challenge for us now and even more challenging for the future generation; something has to be done, or we will experience record-high temperatures, which is an alarming level.

There are many facts about this that are impacting the global environment badly. Dirty pollution from vehicles and factory gases is disturbing and damaging the ozone layer, which is getting thinner day by day, resulting in it causing the sunlight to pass more easily toward the Earth's surface. These rays are more heated and are more dangeruous that can cause skin cancer. That is why it is more demanded that the use of oil-free vehicles should be promoted to save the global environment. Well, the world has already started to move this way as the adoption of electric vehicles is increasing faster than expected.

After all that, your concern is also valid, as an unstoppable, unnecessary, and unwanted building of housing societies is very unwelcome near me, as this is the strongest point that is causing the reason of climate change. For the benefit of earning money and not getting control over greed, humans are destroyiny ownself. You know, the more use of the solar system is also a reason why we are facing climate change globally. All these things are disturbing the whole ecosystem of the Earth.

Scientists have been warning about the dangers of climate change for a long time, decades in fact, and they predicted the heat rises that we're currently seeing. The trouble is people are bad at feeling and seeing the long term picture, if the average temperature is only raising a quarter percent each year you don't notice the boiling water until it grows exponentially faster at the end. Even then, it might not be the heat that kills us, but the cold. Imagine all the ice caps melt, the jetstreams go haywire and throw an ice age over half the planet, the outcomes are just really unpredictable. All we can do is try to make little attempts to play our part and not be wasteful when it comes to things like energy usage, but sometimes other countries are much more wasteful in this approach.

I feel carbon emission, deforestation and a whole lot is part of the reasons why we are having a depletion in the ozone layer, in my city part of where was kept as green areas for persons to go and have picnic, real estate developers have destroyed some of those green areas and a subsided in building houses, so there are less recreational centers and some of the recreational centers we have don't even have green vegetations, it's mostly fancy buildings that people go and sit. In our major cities, I've observed that, some of the trees are usually cut down, this are the trees that ordinarily supposed to act as shade from the heat of the sun, so OP what your experiencing now is human made, and this is why a lot of agencies have been ringing bells🔔say we should stop deforestation and carbon emission. And y bad part of it is the fact that if we don't do something about it right now the next generation would feel the brunt of our negligence.
