I am using Windscribe right now. I have tried multiple server locations. When I am connected to servers in Canada, the US, Scandinavia, and several EU countries that I have tested everything is fine. The only issue seems to be accessing the site with a German VPN IP. All I see is the Allstars monkey logo dancing on the dark blue background and that's it.

If you are seeing our pulsing Allstars monkey loading screen, you are successfully reaching our servers and hitting the CDN edge without any geoblocking intervention.

What's happening here is that the initial HTML shell loads fine, but the browser is getting stuck trying to pull down the specific Javascript asset bundles or API calls needed to render the full interface over those specific German Windscribe nodes. This is usually caused by localized DNS caching on the VPN's side, or Windscribe's built-in blocklist accidentally false-flagging a necessary script domain or asset route.

I’m passing these details over to our dev team so they can check the console logs and perhaps optimize our asset paths for those and similar provider nodes.

In the meantime, since you mentioned wanting to check out the platform, I dropped a 6-month premium Mullvad VPN code into your PMs. We had a bunch left over from a previous campaign, and since both Mullvad and Proton work flawlessly on our site, this should let you browse the casino smoothly while we look into the Windscribe issue. You make a great point about a single unified account being easier, and there are definitely pros and cons to both setups. However, we deliberately chose to separate the two environments so our team can manually review and approve every affiliate application individually.

For quite a long time, I thought Billiards and Pool were the same. It turns out, the ones I usually see in our town that gets played by a bunch of old geezers is called Pool. 
Billiards is played with zero pockets on the table and only has 3 balls. I have never seen that. Pool has 6 pockets and 15 numbered balls; sometimes they even played with just 9 balls. I always see this around.

Then on your platform, there's another variation: Snooker. At first glance, I thought it's about diving or swimming.
I looked it up, and it's quite similar to Pool but with 15 balls that have no numbers, and all red.
Quite interesting to know that there are variations for this sport. BTW, I'm from PH, you know, where The Magician came from.

You are not allowed to use a VPN to break the casino's terms and conditions. In the T&Cs there is a section on "Geographic Restrictions." It says there very clearly that if you reside in restricted territories, you are not allowed to register or play at Allstars.io. 

The restricted territories are: "Costa Rica, US, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and Venezuela."

Residents of restricted territories are absolutely prohibited from account creation or utilization of any gaming services provided by Allstars.io.

I only distinguish pool from snooker. Actually, the sport we call "bilijard" is pool. I have never seen or heard anyone play Billiards (the variant with no pockets). I have never even seen how the table looks from close up. Pool is the more popular variant and that's what most people play. Snooker has smaller balls and pockets and a larger table.

Anyone who knows anything about pool respects the Philippines as royalty because of Efren. What he does on the pool table is pure art. I'm a fan and play occasionally myself. I get insane clips of him in my social feeds all the time.

"Billiards" or Carom is a bit weird since you are trying to score points by hitting the other balls in some sequence on a table with no pockets. Snooker is a different beast and uses that massive table with tiny pockets. I've tried and it is incredibly difficult to even pot a straight shot!
