OP, I asked your support before reporting anything if you accepted security/vulnerability reports and whether you offered bounties. They told me yes, asked me to send the details, and said they'd forward everything to the team to check if I qualified for a reward.

I reported two legitimate vulnerabilities with screenshots and video proof. Your support confirmed they received both reports, said they were forwarding them to the developers, and told me they were checking on compensation.

After two days and a couple of follow ups, I was suddenly told that you no longer accept or process external security reports and that there would be no reward or compensation.

Can you clarify what your actual policy is? If you don't accept external reports, why did your support tell me to submit everything in the first place and spend two days reviewing it before saying you don't accept them?

I cannot see how sending in documents makes sure that there is no multi account case here. As you might know you do not require KYC. Even if I did have a second account you would not have the documents of that account to link them.
